It's a multiplayer FPS shooter game. Even if it's meant to be super realistic, it's gotta be fun and balanced to have people continue playing it (game isnt balanced at all lmao)
I love the fact that you can aim so fast and shoot repeatedly from a standing position with an anti-tank weapon, whereas in real life you would dislocate your shoulder just with its monstrous recoil even when lying down ^^ It’s a game they choose to balance that way
it was for balance reasons, since they gave every gun actual personality and recoil instead of everything being a laser beam, if they left one shot head shot in for snipers they would absolutely dominate the meta unless they balanced it some other way which i think they could've done WAY better
