Just to hear Peter deconstruct his solo from one of the most memorable live albums in the 90s is such a treat. One of my favorite albums of Joshua’s ever. Great band.

Wow, this was for me one of the most insightful discussions about playing jazz, in this case your own solo, that I have ever heard. I love hearing about a player's thoughts that went into playing a particular solo. The podcast is getting better and better.

One of the best albums, tunes, and solo(s) in jazz. Ever.
I must have listened to those four solos in St. Thomas a million times. Peter Martin’s might be the best solo I have ever heard. All genres.
I have only talked about this solo with one person in the world. He’s dead now.
