Hey :) I'm glad you enjoy the content! I personally love typeinmind.com assessment as it is based on the cognitive functions. 16personalities tries to connect the 'Big 5' model with MBTI - true MBTI should be based on Jungian cognitive functions )
HI. From my understanding the 16P gets you into the best fit preference group ~50% of the time. That's actually decent. However, conversely, it means 16P gets you in the wrong of 16 boxes ~50 % of the time. As an example.... if it misses on ENTJ vs ENTP, that's a huge miss, as that means an entirely different type dynamics (TeNiSeFi vs NeTiFeSI). So, be careful in use of non-MBTI assessment instruments, as you may be assuming a completely wrong personality fit for your preference.
A good place to discern which patterns of cognition one defaults to is the mistype investigator. That is the best test to start with, and it’s important to take your time and examine how you approach and interact with your internal and external landscape at different stages of development, especially child and adolescent development. This may yield a clear picture of the expressions used during early stages of development before the influences of behavioral epigenetics start to take hold and further affect the manifestation of these cognitive functions. It’s not enough to rely on self-reporting biases because most people have blind spots and don’t take inventory of their actual cognitive expressions preferring to confuse them with behavioral patterns, which are separate from innate patterns of cognition. Online MBTI tests focus heavily on behaviorally-focused patterns and social dynamics, which have nothing to do with actual cognitive processes independent of social and workplace settings. Like, the classic tests tie ambition and “overachiever” and “leadership” with Te-Ni, which are not “leadership” functions at all. Being an effective leader is more or less a consequence of Te-Se and Ni-Fi employment, seen by others as executing visions and plans, but it is not “slave for the corporate world and make money for shareholders.” The bullying commander is so off base. I typed as an INTP for 10-+ years due to the way questions are worded on standard MBTI tests. There’s just no way, when examining the research on cognitive psychology and innate cognitive expressions, that I am INTP - though I make good use of Ti as a lens dip function. I’m currently in the process of professional cognitive typing, and preliminary results lean ENTJ. I tested as INTJ with a faint “I” on other functions tests in the past.
Certification is important for a leadership coach like Coach B. It's a full intensive course; like a university class :) I first met Coach B through various MBTI groups - his insight helped me learn so much, so I invited him onto the channel :)

"Close enough for Government work" lollllll
Sounds like narcissism - INTJ
Hey! I love your ENTJ content so much. So, my question is: I took personality test two times on 16personalities and both times I ended up being ENTJ-A. But, is that site reliable source? Can you maybe suggest me other site, more professional?
Thanks
Hey :) I'm glad you enjoy the content!
I personally love typeinmind.com assessment as it is based on the cognitive functions.
16personalities tries to connect the 'Big 5' model with MBTI - true MBTI should be based on Jungian cognitive functions )
@@TeNiPersonalityGrowth Thank you so much on fast reply! 🥰
I am an INFJ with an ENTJ
ENTJ here.
No please no with the rare bullshit 😂 now everyone will say they are entj
Exactly
I am an Intersex 8w7 ENTJ
Awesome!
New?
MBTI doesn’t even involve the cognitive functions
Really? I knew that about 16 personalities, but not the MBTI Company :) Where did you get that info from?
Explains a whole lot 🥴 I wonder if the rarity increases for women… Like I said, explains a lot…
You talkin to me?
Wow I'm really early this time lol
First comment award goes to you! :P
Who cares ?
Not you!
0/ !!!!
is his only credibility the fact he paid $2500 USD?
I've paid hundreds of thousands in cars. doesn't make me a car expert.
*sigh*
Certification is important for a leadership coach like Coach B. It's a full intensive course; like a university class :)
I first met Coach B through various MBTI groups - his insight helped me learn so much, so I invited him onto the channel :)
