The M.A.D Chef Depends if you prefer stability over agility because it definitely weighs more with the metal plates making it harder to really use them to dance in. But I was always scared the bolts would go through the shoe without that pressure between the plate 🤷🏻♂️

That’s what I would do 😎 you’re gonna need the space unless you find a thinner alternative like I’ve seen others do it with fiberglass 🤷🏻♂️

Not size and a half just half so if you are 8.5 then you should get a size 8 plate 👌🏼

Use aluminum for plates and you need this because sneakers don’t have rigid soles like skates, the bolts will pull through sneakers without plates.
