pta nhi logo ko normal delivery ki itni chahat kiu hoti hy har koi normal Chahta hy k normal delivery ho , I mean itna pain hota hy , vaginal area loose hojta hy , cut askta hy , stich askty udhr phir b ....C-section is better option mene to soch rkha I'll have my children with ceaserean birth

I have delivered my baby 2.5 months back and can totally relate to this video. Initial 40 days are so difficult but then you start feeling good day by day.

Hi, people says this but this is completely myth. Just the thing is after 2-3 months of c section you should start moving your body I means just don’t let your body be hard maintain the flexibility. If you are in to exercise before c section then this will not be hard. And slowly after 6 months increase the movement to harder once’s and after 1 year you will be able to do anything and everything. Shipa
Shetty, alia bhatt, malaika arora khan all of them having c section. Stay motivated and have confidence and don’t do anything if it pains( as recovery of every person is different)

Hiii।। Just had my c section 8 months before.. kuch nhi hota yaar... Haan 3 4 months heavy weight Mt uthao... Exercise heavy na kro... But itni darrne wali koi bat ni.. I had a very easy c section.... But also, it depends on you and your own will power...
