1) More of cardio isn't good if you are trying to get a better physique. You lose muscle and water weight that way. 2) Don't mix cardio with weight training. You might think ,acha hai body pe zyada load pad rha hai. But the reality is ,it's the opposite.When done with cardio you are gonna end up with lighter reps/ weights in your lifting sessions which is directly going to affect your EPOC. 3) Dont fast. Remember,the goal is to become leaner and fitter in the long run.You will not be able to live on a 1000 calorie deficit diet forever and when you don't you are going to overcompensate by eating a lot more. 4) The most important thing that I want everyone to know is, give your body cheat days.And the reason ain't psychological. The reason is if you don't ,your body is going to get used to the eating patterns you take up.Having a cheat day per week allows your body to reset. Cheers.

This is for Tanmay Bhatt .you should read China Study ,the mother of all nutrinal book .all these myths whether you need to fast or not ,whether you need to eat non veg or not ,how much eating is good everything is given there with reference to research paper as well .Tanmay Bhatt before doing anything just read that book
It's called KETOSIS and you can try Water Fasting once your body adjusts to IF. I have water fasted for 4 days in a row and it feels amazing! Just keep drinking water and if you feel nauseous or something add some (1tbsp max a day) pink himalayan salt to your water(sendha namak).
@@ssnsonal1828 I wasn't. It is good for bringing your benchmark weight down and sort of reboot your metabolism. So, it works but what eventually would work or at least worked for me in the long run was a calorie deficit diet. It was hard to be on keto diet when you have so many delicious things around you. Having said that, dieting and fitness should make you feel good rather than making you feel like shit. So, I would say it is a good thing to try and do when you are planning to lose weight rapidly and want to sustain on keto diet post fasting, otherwise, good old calorie deficit is sustainable in the longer run.
Keto doesn't smell in our urine...the smell is of ammonia and yellowish colour of urine is due to uric acid...and insulin controls the glucose level in body...and also glucose is stored in the form of starch

A lot of misinformation is shared with Tanmay. It's not as simple as he says. Body needs carbs too. If one excludes carbs completely, one could suffer from various problems such as piles, diabetes, thyroid, etc.
Sorry to be the one to point it out but protein is the only essential macronutrient. One could do without either fats or carbs, especially carbs since the body converts everything into glucose anyway. But I agree it’s not easy because micronutrients are mostly found in carb sources and multivitamins don’t work that great. However, I do agree that a balanced diet is the way to go and even research shows that it’s the most effective way to lose fat instead of the keto or no fat approach.

IN sports like Rohit and Ashwin for eg. These people have to slog a lot to maintain weight which Rahul or Dhawan can lose just by little training. Hence Tanmay will put on weight easily even if he breaks his routine for a month. So its gonna be a life long ocmmitment. Cos even if 2-3 kgs come back during a break, u lose all the passion.
I have fasted for straight 2 weeks and I lost 20 kilos You becuse I am a doctor a neurosurgeon and my mom almost killed me cus she thought that ill die and yeah when you continue your fasting dont stop drinking water sufficient amount of water like I used to drink 7-8 liters of water a day I.e 24 hours
Kya chutiyapa hai .body fat ke sath sath protein bhi use karega ,that is called gloconeogenesis .and you will lose you valuable protein which helps in building your body and you will lose weight at the cost of ur muscle .intemittebt fasting is not at all good for health .one more thing ,when you do intermittent fasting ,the body is likely to store more fat next time when you eat because body thinks you are in a situation where food is scarce ,so better store more food in stoarge .this will not helps reduce your weight. This happens many times who fast intermittently .the best way to lose weight is to go on a low calorie diet ,eat whole food with fruits and vegetables and do exercise regularly .fasting once in a week improves you metabolism but this kind of fasting will not gonna help ,you will lose interest and that way you explaining this is not good. A wrong thing which you didn't research well talking to people ,pls read more books like china study ,why we sleep and then decide .what Saurabh said is making sense ,fasting is good but fasting 3-4 days in a raw is not good .
