Identifying and Analyzing Fish Passage Barriers with WDFW Habitat Restoration Engineers

This presentation will cover the engineering assessment required to determine fish passage/barrier status on water crossing structures in WA
State. A discussion on the hydrologic and hydraulic modelling considerations for barrier assessment will be provided as well as an overview of
the Water Crossing Design Guidelines methodologies (geomorphology/hydraulics) for sizing new structures.
