Happiness is a state of mind. Living a simple life is one way to be happy. If you are healthy, safe, can afford healthy meals, shelter and clothing, have family and a few true friends, you should be more or less happy. What's more important than job satisfaction is working in a safe work environment with a decent salary. All the best!
