    Looks like it only lifts eleven rows not twelve, as it leaves one row most of the time on the field.

      Its better for the soil. The machine weighs a lot so the soil gets compacted too much if it doesn’t crab

      He puts them inbetween the rows so they dont get picked up like the beets. The leaves that do get picked up are later thrown out underneath the machine as they (the leaves) fit through gaps the beets don’t fit through
