Just love your chatty vlogs - especially when it's unscripted and just feels like we're having a chat at the kitchen table. Lots of tips but I'm also looking forward to seeing the tips from your amazing community in these comments. 😊
We loved the Big Fire restaurant in Citywalk . We have preferred Annual Passes so get early entry. Our fav we always do is go to Finnigans Irish Pub for a snack and then watch the Blues Brothers. It’s also a great place to watch the Mardi Gras parade as pathway not too deep
Hi Ade and Lisa, I absolutely love Dr. Seuss. I have made quilts out of Dr. Seuss fabric for my kids (who are all adults now), but most recently made one for my 2 year old granddaughter. Would you believe, I still have my original Dr. Seuss books from when I was a kid. You can buy the big box of Nestle Turtles around Christmas time in Canada. I love how both of you get so excited talking about food. Looking forward to your next video.
The Bourne spectacular is fantastic - it’s best to get there just before it starts as you don’t have to wait in the pre area so long. My fav ride Is Hagrid & other HP rides and Spider-Man Andy loves Hagrid and Velocoaster
We have done Horror nights 3 times - the best time was with our kids (teenagers) and their friends we took with us. When Andy and I went on our own we bought the fast pass as there were big waits
We love Sapphire falls and Strong Water tavern. We always go to the Lone Palm Airport bar and go see our favorite bartender. As well we make turtles at Christmas time. We use pretzel and put rolos and let that melt in the oven then put the pecan on it.
If I didn't know any better (at least I hope I know better) I would almost get the impression that you are jumping ship from Disney to Universal!🤔 I haven't been to Universal since the mid- 90's--maybe someday I'll go back there. Hope you all have a wonderful time on your vacation and can't wait to see the vlogs!!
No more Cinnabon sorry! but a lovely place to spend some time is sat on the tall adirondack chairs at the Lone Palm bar (the one with the plane) such a great place to chill and the food menu is from Margaritaville so you get the best of both worlds :) the couple of times we have sat on the porch of Margaritaville we found the service not to be so great and quite haphazard where at the lone palm bar the service has ALWAYS been excellent!
The Endless Summer resort is very good value. We stayed at Surfside in 2022 in a 2 bedroom suite and liked it so much we’re going back this September. It’s handy for restaurants and Walgreens on IDrive and the buses to City Walk are regular and don’t take too long. The only downside is not being able to pool hop. Cabana Bay is also very good.
Like you we have our favourite food spots. We always visit the Hard Rock Cafe, Margaritaville and Toothsome, but on our last visit we went to Cowfish, we’d booked a table but had to wait 45 minutes to be seated but have to say the food was amazing, I’m not a fish person so had the cheeseburgerushi, it was lovely. We actually head off tomorrow and are staying at dockside, first time staying here. On our/my list are the crepe stand, loaded tots from green eggs and ham and fish and chips at the three broomsticks. Today cafe is great for breakfast….and we love Cinnabon too.
Cinnabon at City Walk has now closed sorry but you can still get a Cinnabon in IOA We are staying 2 weeks at Royal Pacific again end of October can’t wait just love that hotel will be our 4th time staying there
Loved the relaxed chatty style of Ade and yourself Lisa and thanks for all the good tips. Xxx
Thanks so much x

I love that!! That's such a lovely idea : )
We've bought the turtles here in the uk actually and they weren't too badly priced x

We also like going to the OI meetups less crowded and free food.

Great video. Really got me in the mood for more trip planning 😁 xx
I LOVE Universal! I am an annual passholder so it's my "home". I just had a trip in June but won't be back until next October😢
Honestly I am terrified of Halloween Horror Nights. I do not think I could do it myself. Cannot wait to see the Universal Vlogs!

You could always leave a change of clothes in a locker
