I am suffering from sinusitis too. Just avoid ALL kinds of dairy products. Avoid sugar, lemon as they cause more mucus. Eat fruits which suit you (you have to experiment with this) in the morning (skip breakfast) and eat light food for dinner and eat some fruit after 2 hours. Ayurvedic nasal drops Shadbindu Tail helped me a lot. Take it in your nostrils only in the morning 3-4 drops. Practice kapalabhati and anulom-vilom pranayama every day morning for 1 hr.
