Ah yes, my favorite kids show arcane, takes place in noxus, where malcolm has happy hours bar, viktor&caitlyn gets kicked out of council and jayce works on arcane technology while noxians are using sivir as a drug
not really because 90% of the pros are like this. They don't necessarily care about the game, they care about winning, which means to them only following the meta matters. Not lore or anything like that
@@erensametkaratas6593 well, I understand why someone would make the mistake of believing 90% of pros would try to improve theirs chances to win, but that percentage is not that high. You caring about the lore have little to no relation to caring about winning no matter what, some might like league lore, others are watching anime, and a lot of them might be duo in valorant with some random e-kitten from discord mid season. Western pro players who care about winning no matter what are rare
@@erensametkaratas6593 "they don't really care about the game". Dude the game is League of Legends not the lore. It has been obvious that most die hard League players don't actually care about the lore. Why would they? They play the game for its competitiveness not because they love reading. Duh.
ngl, if they change Vander name into Viktor and Viktor as Malcolm I'd believe that. Malcolm stick in my brains as the name for those tech nerd guy like Viktor because of those cartoons i watched since i was a kid
To be fair, i would have gotten a lot of these wrong a couple of weeks ago. rewatched recently just because Season2 coming out. with these guys at worlds i don't imagine they have had time to rewatch recently yet heh
There is something important to consider: Some people (like me) have unbelievably bad memory when it comes to names. I can tell you the entire plot of the show, beat by beat, describe in detail every scene from stuff happening in the background, to subtle sound cues, to camera angles, to metaphors and even some quotes. But then you ask what is the name of the main character or location and I will be stumped. I play the game for over 12 years and I try really hard to remember the names of things and I just fail miserably unless I actively practice it a lot. The same happens to me in real life where I cannot remember the names of my friends sometimes (been friends for about 15 years). I don't think it ever happened to me with family members but I wouldn't be surprised if it did. Another thing I'm absolutely terrible at is dates - even today I sometimes forget my own birthday and it takes me a few moments to recall. Can't for the life of me tell you my parents' birthdays. To remember I'd usually have to create some associative formula and recreate it basically. So, yeah, sometimes people are just bad very specific types of memory recollection. It's just something to consider when watching stuff like this. Here it was all about names - not descriptions of anything. Hope this helps.
We don't know that even now. But everything theoretically points towards it from many, many subtle clues in the show and cross referencing some small stuff in the game.
Travis I know you're a riot guy but you might want to consider making a video on what happened after the announcement to the end of the lcs. The management from the top down of the lcs is getting absolutely cooked right now.
@@TravisGafford I don't use social media unfortunately. And I always thought you were in someway associated with riot I had no idea. The reason I probably assumed this was since franchising it really seemed like you gave riot too much of the benefit of the doubt on a lot of these decisions and changes that led to the league no longer existing. When it comes to a majority of Na fan sentiment we seen a growing/prosperous league immediately start to decline when franchising happened, continued to decline for years, and then hit a major freefall when noone could take it anymore. Even with flyquest looking remotely decent this year this is what we would have expected our performances to start looking like 7-8 years ago with the major influx of money. To me it just seems like if we've lost 40% of our teams, lost multiple world spots, can't afford our own league, can't afford bo3's, and can't even convince the people who paid so they can't be relegated to stay we have more than a serious problem. In fact this whole franchising endeavor would most likely be on concords level of catastrophic failure in terms of return on investment if you compared it to game development. I suppose It always seemed like you were looking at the North American league scene with the glass half full mentality, when to me I was watching a burning house with the management, teams, and players of the league constantly stopping by to throw gas on it. There has been consistently bad changes since franchising, I think franchising was a mistake, and I think the franchising they advertised to do all these amazing things for the league is the exact thing that ended it and accomplished none of the things they advertised the fans to do. Maybe you had takes like this in the past but I just didn't see them. And now that the league has completely ended and can no longer support it's own weight It's hard to see the utter incompetence riddled through the whole league and not think that they did all of this to themselves. To me there are only two things that can save the North American scene at this point and it's to bring back full promotion relegations in which all franchise teams will have to either learn to actually manage a team or get kicked out by 5 players do to skill. Or all of the franchised teams need to go completely bankrupt so that this league can go back to people being in it because they provide value and skill instead of who is willing to pay the most money to hold a slot. And let me tell you I would have watched every single game of Immortals being relegated out of the league and it would be the most entertaining moment the Na scene has brought fans since franchising was implemented.

yeah... like, did they even watch the show? thats crazy
Classic Malcolm from Arcane (how did Caps still win)
If Graves shows up in Arcane it could be real
Inspired answering most questions correctly, but directly follows it up with "no, it can't be" :D
So interesting that the pro players aren’t really big fans of the lore or league universe, they’re just really good at the game. Great video Travis!
Depends on the pro player, bwipo or odoamne would get 100%

@@Vizible21 I literally said the same thing in my comment. Your comment is almost 90% the same as mine. What are you on about?
APA just guessing the Vander is crazy XD
Was hardly a guess from nowhere
They all know Vander becomes warwick but can’t answer the simplest questions. Crazy interviews xD
They all did surprisingly bad lmao
“I don’t know ask renata glasc” 5:35 was so funny to me
"You have S and immer. There's something in between those."
Caps: Simmer?
Was he listening or just nodding along again?
Levi seems so friendly
You would have never guessed that these dudes watched the show from this lmao
Another great video, this format with all the Worlds players is so cool!
Lmao Inspired just got exposed in 4K
Nvm he did well after the first question😅
he did watch it in polish years ago so ill cut him some slack
Did we watch the same show???
Shoutout to Necrit for mentioning most of this stuff in passing in his videos. Really helped in guessing most of these!
All muscle memory/reaction in their brain-- not a single skill point in long term memory
The only one I didn't know was the name of Vander's bar as I don't remember seeing that sign at all. Learn something new every day.
Fun Fact: In polish Firelights are Ogniki and Shimmer is Migot
Levi love 💛💛💛
he's just so nice.
Bro, I watched it twice but forgot all the names
ngl, if they change Vander name into Viktor and Viktor as Malcolm I'd believe that. Malcolm stick in my brains as the name for those tech nerd guy like Viktor because of those cartoons i watched since i was a kid
The .5 gave Caps the dub
Simmer was closer than any other answer so I would give him a full point
league players dont watch their god tier show? that's crazy I had no idea XD
I fear I got all 10 pts
I did just rewatch it last month to get ready for s2 though
youre messed up quzzing us 3 years after it came out i done forgot it all
Wow do you say you're a fan of the show and say you're excited for S2 and remember so little

4:28 kid show?!?
Why does APA always look so awkward and nervous?😂
They’re so boosted apart from Caps.
dude? ww? bruh is that no a spoiler? u dont supose to know vander become ww wtf
