Bro For the domain setup, you’ll need to confiigure a custom domain within GoHighevel to host your membership site. As for giving access to existing members from another platform, you can manually import them or set up an integration (like Zapier) to transfer user data into GoHighLevel. You could also use CSV uploads for bulk member import.

Your videos are the only thing that helps me understand memberships & communities! Thank you! Is it possible to restrict access to some courses based on how long someone has been a member? We want to have a monthly tool/training, and only people who are members for that month can get it. But after that month is over, I want to 'archive' it and those who were members that month can access that archive. I'm having a hard time figuring out if that can work.
Not that I know of, once a member they have access to all the of it unless you divide each moth to a seperate course but it will be a very big pain in the butt

This is amazing until i ran into a problem. The contact password. login url, and username won't show up on emails. tried on 3 different email addresses but they still don't show up :( is this common? I don't see much of this online
The password will only show the first time a user join the members area, after that you have to instruct them to reset thier passwod if they already are part of your members area

I have tried it but there is no option to connect the Calendly calendar to the Automation. I think I need to integrate Calendly into GHL using Zapier or any other software. The first purchase automation, ive done that, does it link to the new customer automation? Like when they buy the form they get a welcome email from the first automation, then does it automatically fire of the 2nd automation to send them thier password?

I done this, I disables the option for a welcome email, BUT wheen i made my own email with the custom values for membership passwords, In the email it doesnt populate and nothing shows up! Im so confused can you help me please
You can’t send the memberships password in the same workflow as you grant access also you can’t do a test and if you already have access you won’t send the password twice.

no but highlevel just released cancel and failed triggers so now you should be able to create an automation on thjat

So on the email that delivers the password you can pull the magic link, look at custom values and select course and you will see it in there

Make sure allow for re-entry is off in the automation settings
