if you guys are having trouble with dropping to the knees at first, i suggest using knee pads at least until you’re familiar with the movements and stuff. i use my volleyball knee pads when i’m in the floor for choreography a lot lol 👍🏼👍🏼
The moment i saw the knee part i just ran out of my room and got a kneepad coz i already know how much it hurts and since i am doing it after a long time i can't take that risk of getting sored and scratched knees again And how does txt manages to do such hard choreographies while rapping and singing 😭😭😭 coz they are all rounders 🥺❤️

@@20404c i'm genuinely fine!! it doesn't hurt that much as long as there's no pressure on it but seeing purple marks on my knees are annoying and my parents scold me for it >: /
I know this is a year old and you might've already solved it, but just in case Someone in one of the earlier comments mentioned it, but when learning new choreography with a knee drop, wear knee pads while learning until you're familiar with most of the moves, as your brain sends signals naturally for you to have a lighter landing since you need to get up quickly as well, etc. I hope that makes sense- But yeah so long as you practice with knee pads and don't fall onto your knees to hard, once you take them off they should only be red for a bit and then go back to normal, no bruises. Keep learning (*^▽^*)
