I’ve been following these guys since beginning of Pandemic. Their friendship has really evolved and solidified and it shows. The proof is in the friendly banter and subtle encouragement. Grants holding back on his shots and putts is proof he is looking out for Tig. He gives Tig enough encouragement that’s a real friend.
Best back and forth match I've seen. Awesome year for both of you and the whole YTG community. Also It's crazy how within the first foot of Grant's takeaway I can tell exactly where the ball is going to go (good or bad) but with Tig I can't at all.
What a match! And what about the hug at the end. Trash talks aside, you can feel the comradeship and the respect they have for one another. Congratulations on a great year gents.

He's enjoying himself and able to laugh at himself when he messes up, which means hes managing self-imposed expectations better. That's huge and can relate having played sports at a high level and struggled with the mental demons.

Grants swing is so smooth and effortless. I feel like even when he goes through little kinks in his swing, his misses can’t be too extreme. He should definitely make a run at Q school while he’s still young. He’s definitely put the time in to develop his game might as well try and put it to use and see where he stacks up against the best.

Ive watched a bunch of Grant videos on his channel but this is the first time ive seen him have alil banter with his opponent and also he was putting so well aswell. Loved seeing micahs reaction when he chipped it in.

It’s so amazing to see of them doing well, but my god all I can remember for over. A year is grant struggling to put and swapping up the putter countless times. To see him be so confident and solid now where it’s a real strength and reason he’s scoring so low is very cool
Just a tip turn your hands over (counter-clockwise) just before impact so your club face is somewhat closed just before you hit the ball and that might get you drawing the ball instead of leaving it out right. I also noticed you were lined up too far right when you were hitting iron off the tee. I’m not sure how you normally hit the ball this was my first time watching you. Love the video definitely earned subscriber

Q school is 100% not in his future. You have to be able to shoot 65 and lower on any random day on any random course. He can't do that at his home course

You should ask to play a round with Pat Reed, he gives alot of knowledge on tempo, something that you could improve on with that cut.
