i loved your itenary. Usually ppl make 1 day trip to nusa penida but as you planned for 2 days which is so damn worth. and day 2 hee nusa penida sochke rakha tha as mujhe wahan snorkelling wagera karna tha .
You can snorkel and dive in a pool of Manta rays .. though we did not do it as we did it in Thailand and also did scuba in Maldives but it can be totally worth it.
Its Indonesian Rupiah, some person doing day tours also accept USD/EURO and expenses in Bali can vary from 50$ to 200$ depends on how you want to spend.

@@sarangmanar usually you have multiple boats and it’s easier to get a seat there itself. The best thing can be you can talk to your hotel guy they can advise

Either you can rent scooter or there will be a lot of persons who will ask you for taxi. Else you can also ask your guest house owner/hotel for taxi

It starts around 7 AM from Sanur and last from Nusa Penida is around 5

No it's not banned. But you need to get international driving permit to rent scooter
