I came across your channel through this video-case studies are incredibly valuable, and I'm eager to see more in the future! Building wealth involves establishing routines, like consistently setting aside funds at regular intervals for smart investments.
You're correct. I think the smartest way to go is to spread out your investments. By putting your money into different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and stocks from other countries, you can lower the risk if one part of the market goes bad.
That sounds like a good plan. In the past two years, working closely with a financial market specialist, I've built a six-figure diversified stock portfolio. Now, I aim to diversify even more this year.
Talking about a financial market specialist, do you consider anyone worthy of recommendations? I have about 100k to test the waters now that large cap stocks are at a discount... Thanks
NICOLE ANASTASIA PLUMLEE' is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
How do I click on something on the Watch List and automatically see it on the Charts tabs with my custom indicators? Now I have type them one by one which is so annoying. Why can't I click??
It seems like when you save a personal watchlist you are saving a set/group of securities. How do you save the watchlist itself? In other words, how do you save the actual watchlist with the custom columns so you can come back to that configuration in the future independent of the group of securities? Thank you.
Hi, first I'd like to thank you for the phenomenal educational processes you make us aware of. I thought I understood how to manage watch lists, but when I customize the fields, it changes every watch list and I only want the watch list I'm modifying to retain the customized fields, how can I leave the others with their native settings?
How about adding how to enter preferred stock symbols -- which involve adding a small 'p' --- JPMpM??? (Everything I[ve tried ends up being all upper case letters)
I want to set up a watchlist for some options. And alert me when an indicator is active for one of these options in a watchlist. I tie my scan to the watchlist but it does not seem to alert me to any changes...any ideas?
Great video, Thank you. On a recent Wealthtrack (hosted by Consuella Mack) program, one very successful fund manager said a high rewards approach is to select stocks from the S&P 1500. There is no S&P 1500 in the watchlist menu. Can one be relatively easily created by a non technical person? TIA
Creating a watchlist for "ALL POSITIONS" allows me to efficiently monitor my positions so I can QUICKLY exit my positions !!!! This video just helped a lot !!!!
This won’t be perfect, technically there’s no filter for low float so you have to use shares in lieu so won’t exactly be correct. You can also tweak this filter values a bit depending on what you’re looking for and potentially add one for market cap too. tos.mx/hbXuglj
There’s a little gear icon next to the “+” icon which if you click on brings up a menu of all the gadgets you’re currently using. You can then drag them and drop them wherever you want them!
You'll need to link the watchlist to the chart you want it to change. You should see a little link icon in the upper right hand corner of the watchlist. Just make sure it matches whatever the watchlist is set to (probably red).
Thanks for the video. Is there a way to synchronize your watch lists between your paper money and live accounts, as well as different devices (ipad, mac etc.)?
From Live to Paper, no. You can share them, but you'll have to do it each time which is a bit annoying. They'll carry over to other devices, just not from live to paper or vice versa
@@shortthestrike Thank you. Yes, it is annoying. I wish they would allow everything to sync or at least the option to do so. Maybe feedback to them for consideration. I'm new, but I'll look for feedback options. Thanks again.
Any tutorials you guys would like me to cover?
how do you quickly scroll through your charts on your watchlist?

Looks like I do not have permission to add a Study filter. Does anyone know how to get the permission?
It sounds like you may be on PaperMoney. It's only available on the live account

Nice. Now I have to find that dynamic WL vid.
Those scans are crazy helpful. Let me know if there’s anything specific youre trying to scan for!

How do i shift the names in the watchlist up or down?
What indicators do you use and how do you use them together!
Great video! Up to the point; clearly explained!
Thanks, that was great training.
Excellent video...
It's sad that one must view YT videos to learn how to do basic things in ToS's shitty UI. What a terribly laid out program.
