I am not a big sports fan but I do watch with my family. I was enjoying game and I was freakin happy that MSU won. I never went to the school but it in my heart. My mom and dad where married there and my sister went there. The first song that I learned was MSU fight song

This was easily one of the ( if not the ) most dramatic games of the 2011-2012 bowl season. both these teams have a good chance next year ( especially UGA considering their Schedule this year. This coming from a UGA fan )

I was at the game, I walked around playing the MSU fight song on harmonica. The only other bowl game I've been to was 2000 Orange bowl, Tom Brady's last game. Both games were triple overtime and ended on the other team missing a kick. I kind of thought that's what would happen. But, I thought when we threw the interception in overtime that it meant we lost, but we didn't.

@FistsOfFury21 He can make plays. I've watched every snap he's taken and he always seems to come thru. Tough to say how he'll do in the NFL, I've never thought of him as a pro qb, but I wish him the very best.
@toddandjillian here's where your logic fails, the fact that mike martin was an inexperienced underclassman until this year, where he gained enough experience to be a leader. but you seemed to have missed my point entirely. michigan's schedule was so easy that a high school coach could have gone 11-2, the only real team uofm played blew them out in east lansing, and considering that msu has the vast majority of it's defense returning next year, i can't wait :)

They were pretty damn good. And who cares if they would have blown MSU out this past season? We played in 2011, not 2012. Georgia also could blow us out in 2019, it doesn't matter. Also we went 7-6 in 2012, would it be surprising that Georgia would win then?

@toddandjillian Michigan is only in a better bowl than MSU because MSU had a high risk/hard reward game in an extra game with the Championship game. Michigan can not say they played in the first ever Big Ten Championship Game, much less the division winner.
