Wow, that is terrible food safety practices around 18:00 with the chicken shawarma. She put raw chicken that is dripping raw juices over the cooked chicken on the flat part below that they no doubt are about to sell to people. That is crazy. Guaranteed salmonella or other food poisoning. Also, after handling the raw chicken, she doesn't change her gloves and just wipes them with a paper towel!
