- Ahhhh, the Prime Writing Weekend is done and dusted! A crazy 1,060 minutes of writing sprints spread out over 5 days. Here's a look at the weekend and my smattering of stats!! 👀

By the way, I love the way your videos are edited, like when you have sped up clips of you typing while finishing a coffee or some food with the normal speed audio, and when you put aesthetic clips of the outdoors while it's rainy or whatever. The amount of listening vs watching sections is so perfect.
Health issues can make things that used to be easy so hard (been there done that). I'm so glad you found a way to bring them back that works for you ❤

I have not written anything for any of my stories in a very long time now. Every time I start something I stop and never go back to it. There are two stories that I want to go back to but they are no longer on my pc. I will have to start them from scratch. I think I remember the name of the stories but not sure. I hope I can get back into it again.
This weekend was such a blast. I loved seeing the community come together, it was such an inspiring time and place to be. I can't wait for more crazy writing ideas! 🎉

Prime week(end) was so much fun. I loved that it stretched over 5 days and I could join in whenever I had the time. The challenges were great and it was the perfect amount of chaos.

PWW was great! I got so much stuff done during that time and not that long ago I was thinking that I really need something like that again very soon because there's so many things I need to do. As for participating on it while dealing with real life is so true. I was participating on it and getting a lot done during a time of grief for me and my family. Definitely count me in for the next one!

I need to know how you format your scrivener documents. I'm still new to using it and while I love some of the features I feel like I'm not utilizing all of them. I think this every time you show your doc lol. Prime weekend was super fun and I broke 20k in my book!!!!!

Twitch wasn't cooperating for me that weekend so I missed it lol I've been swamped with work so I'm hoping to write later today. While I love editing for clients and seeing them improve, I cannot wait to transition to full-time indie author ❤

@@KateCavanaugh🎉 the paranormal romance series is going well. Two of the books are almost done and I'm two chapters into the third. My fantasy series has three main books (the second book is ready to edit and has been for a year and the third book is almost done!) and two spin-offs. I really need to take the time to work on my human romance stories at some point too, but writing about elves and werewolves is just so much more fun! 😂
Prime writing weekend was so much fun!! (i saw what you did, not including that silent cheating moment lol) and i was the one that edited 105 scenes

@KateCavanaugh It's been a year of back and forth to NY to care for my mom. She passed two weeks ago and we're trying to get back to normal. It's been a crazy adjustment.

I know this so silly but when I first read the title I read "1,060 in a minute" I waa so confused and concern. like how did you write that many word in 60 seconds????
Wait - why Twitch and not RUclips? Sorry if you already explained it. I'd totally love to participate if future streams were on RUclips.
Oooh, so I started doing sprints over on Twitch like 4 years ago? And sort of intuitively liked their hosting system for livestreams better. RUclips has caught up in a lot of ways since then, but I still personally enjoy hosting more on Twitch. (Though I probably watch more streams on RUclips, too, so I do understand.) Maybe someday I'll come back to hosting here regularly, but for the most part I save RUclips streams for community events that aren't led by me.
I've never gotten 10K in a day...don't think that's gonna happen. LOL
Bahaha, I haven't in years! It's really such an impressive feat, but also even back then, I'd be exhausted for a couple days after. So it's a fun pipe dream for me, but ultimately I'm probably better off just chugging along consistently. :)
