Balmoral Beach Bins.

This is the GarWood that comes every 3-4 hours run by a private company, that services the public bins in Mosman. As said before they do runs every 3-4 hours. The beaches twice a day, and in between they service parks. (as far as I know.)
Plus a daily cleaning of the beaches. Using a tractor. That is done 6-7 am.
