I wished I kept all my Hondas. I'm 36 now and drive a truck lol. I had 4 integras, 4 accords, 2 EGs, 1 crx, 1 del sol, 4 eg coupes.....they were clean at the time.......now you literally gotta rebuild from the shell up because they've been so beaten up through the decades. My era was early 2000s.....2004 got my first car. All blue Del Sol. Slammed on stocks wheels. With blue Mercedes tint.....it was beautiful

I have both a K series and a B series. I love the torque and power of the K but there’s something special about the B series.

The B-Series Em1 on display is nasty clean and built RIGHT. Very good looking vehicle! The Carbon trunk reminds me of the BMW E46 CSL carbon trunk, which also looks incredible. Great interviews and awesome builds. I currently own (2) original Em1's that will be lifetime builds for me. The K is amazing, but requires some cash to build correctly. The B-Series Honda engine will NEVER die. There is nothing like B-Series V-Tek. The ORIGINAL sound of the B18 Type- R is still undefeated. Great video!!! Keep em coming.

Two well executed cars, without a doubt. I haven't owned a Honda in over 20 years. But I fondly remember my B series Integra. I also drove plenty of K series Hondas. B series wins with it's Dr. Jekyll and Mr Hyde feel. The K series has a smoother transition, which is cool too. Just not as fun imho. For looks, they're both well done. Tasteful wheels etc. But the +1 goes to the K powered Civic. Big fan of meaty wheel set ups. Regamasters are really nice too. Love the all red vs CF. So another nod to the K series coupe. At the end of the day, can't go wrong with either. Great job guys. 👍
The carbon look great but personally I prefer the color matching look. Just the simplicity of it make it stand out over the b series em1.

The B civic’s wheel fitment is not meaty enough pause. And way too much carbon on it. To me with a red car, too much carbon is a thing.
And the wheel fitment on the K looks so good. And it’s not slammed like the a car which a prefer. You guys killed it with this build

Both clean but as an em1 owner I gotta go for the B car it’s super clean and that engine is more nostalgic if you ask me but both great built beautiful cars!

I’m Old School and I like B Series though I have been thinking to do a K swap project!! I do like the EM1 with the Type R though I don’t like the Carbon fiber Hood and Trunk . Both Cars are Clean and I would have a hard time in choosing which one to take home.
That B Series car is awesome, beautiful car. But if I have to pick between the two I'm taking the K. Ease of getting parts, reliability, and room to grow power wise easily. Both care are bad ass though, no shade on the B Series car whatsoever.
That Red Civic Type R brings back memories, my old best friend back like 15 years ago or so had a Red CTR for a while exactly exactly like that with the same carbon fiber whale penis intake and type r strut bar and CTR city lights, I believe it was on Tien super dampers with White CTR 5 lug conversion and type r wing, all type r interior with type r cluster, it was literally the cleanest most mint Ek Civic around this Central Valley of California area and it was so fun to be in.
I didn't have an em but I had a Milano red ej in fresno, that thing turns head, got a lot of love from the muscle guys too because how nice it looked. Debating to rebuild one.
@@YourUserNameSucksx10 I’m from the Modesto area and my old friends Red Civc turned heads everywhere, it was just put together so well and clean and rode well, it sounded good and the Vtec screamed. I wish it was still around so I could drive it for fun.

I am the owner of an EM1 that is nearly identical to these, except stock engine. I have some very subtle modifications to mine in the suspension. But I’ve always wanted it to keep it as close to stock as possible. These vehicles are not getting any more common. There are very few left in original condition. If I’m gonna do modifications like this, I’m gonna do it through an EX or a DX coupe. Not an EM1

Enjoy the best of both worlds, I have a b16 del sol and a k24 ap1 s2k and I love my b series but I also love the new k series. I love the sound and redline of my b16 but the k series is just different but awesome. ♥️🔰

@Sonic203 hey does the EM1 have coil overs or lowering springs? Please don’t tell me the Yonaka catback exhaust really is louder and raspier than the skunk 2. My car has the stock D16Y7 engine and the Yonaka Exhaust that I just ordered has a 2.5” OD with a 4.25” tip. I’ve seen videos where they say and it sounds quieter. I like both cars. They’re both unique in their own way. I like the wire tuck in the KSwap, makes the engine bay look clean asf.
our em1 has k tuned k1 coilovers, he did a 3" so its going to sound alot different than your car
@@sonic_203 oh good thanks for responding. I really don’t want anything loud and raspy lol. Just something that makes some noise just not as quiet as the stock exhaust lol. I can’t get over how sweet those two civics look. I’m experimenting with my EK. It’s really clean. Bought the car 4 years ago with 67,900 original miles (82,400 miles now) from an old lady so I really don’t want to do a whole lot in regards to the engine and tranny since I wanna to keep it unmolested as much as possible but I wanted to change the look to a certain extent. The car is really clean in regards to the interior, exterior, engine bay and undercarriage. So far I got all the windows tinted, bought new 2000 Civic SI wheels with 205/50 R15 Hankook tires, smoked front headlight and rear taillight assembly, replaced all the stock interior/exterior halogen bulbs with LED’s including the instrument cluster, front and rear bumper Type R lips, smoked fog lights, Yonaka catback exhaust and I plan on getting Eibach lowering springs with KYB Excel G2 shocks/struts with a 1.7” front drop and 1.4” rear drop. I don’t want to go too low to where the new exhaust is gonna scrape over speed bumps nor do I want to drop it to where I’d have to roll the fender and quarters. I was going to go with coil-overs but my brother said that since I don’t want to drop the car much and want a comfortable ride that I’d be better off going with the lowering springs instead. I do have a question. In regards to the KYB struts/shocks, do you know which would be a better option between the KYB Excel G2 (no dampening adjustability) vs the KYB AGX (dampening adjustable)? I want to drop it a bit but I definitely don’t want to be bouncing around. I also wanted to get an instrument cluster with the RPM gauge because my civic is an automatic DX (yeah I wish it was a 5spd) and the instrument cluster doesn’t have the RPM gauge, however I know the connections for the two clusters is a bit different but is there a way to install the cluster with the rpm gauge or do you know of a video that shows the installation process with any modification if needed to make it work?
