The Realities of Running a Bitcoin Miner - The S19J Pro. Noise, Heat, Cost and Profit.

  • This is the best bitcoin miner in 2021!
    How to power an S19J Pro or S19 Pro. How loud is it?
    Bitcoin is nearing its all time high again! And naturally that leads people to looking into setting up their own little money printer and getting into the business of Crypto Mining.
    my instagram: / nicholas_james_johnson
    #S19jpro #bitcoin #mining
    Im here to talk about the realities of running one of the newest and most efficient miners you might be able to buy today, the S19J Pro.
    We’ll start with the part you DO want to hear - INCOME! A single S19J Pro, running 24 hours a day, will provide you with something in the neighborhood of $46 every day. Thats over thirteen hundred dollars a month! And all you need to feed it is electricity and fresh air.
    The currency you earn will be in Bitcoin, which means that as long as you keep it in your secure wallet, the money you earn all goes up and down with the market, its not about bitcoins price when you mine it, its about Bitcoins price when you SELL it, ALL the money you’ve ever mined will move in value together.
    So if you wait until theres a spike to sell, then its as if you mined every single bit of that money right at the spike! Of course the same goes for a dip. You could easily run the numbers on the profit youre going to be making, and soon find yourself making about half that, lets say if you had this idea during the LAST run up in price.
    This Bitcoin miner is small so itll fit just about anywhere, although we’ll talk about it in a minute why you probably dont want to put one, really just about anywhere.
    So thats great! Easy money.. Now lets go over some of the realities of running one of these things.
    First, its great that you can just plug in a metal box with some fans, and it will create a thousand bucks a month, seemingly out of thin air. Unfortunately, each one of these metal boxes costs over $10,000 to buy. So theres a bit of a financial barrier to entry with the S19J Pro.
    Also, you cant just give it the power that comes from the normal outlets in your wall. In america, at least, thats generally 120 volts, and mostly at 15amps - with the exception of the plug that goes to your stove, your central air unit and your water heater. But each of those lines will be sized for the things they’re already doing, so adding a bitcoin miner to them will almost certainly pop a breaker or overload the line.
    “No matter” you say, “Ill just start going to the laundry mat, and use that drier plug!” Good idea! and that will work great to power your new S19J Pro. Now make sure you’ve got at least a 30amp breaker - this thing requires between 3000-3300 continuous watts depending on which model you get.
    Now that you’ve got it powered, lets talk about how much noise its is going to make. I went out to a series of different environments with a decibel meter to get a reading on how loud stuff is in general.
    Standing next to a running washing machine 55 decibels. This hair drier puts out sound in the high seventies. A big wetvac hits about 77dba Standing at the edge of a highway, in the 70’s - 80’s when cars go by. Yelling at the top of my lungs at an arms length away, 100 decibels. And finally, being in a room next to an S19J Pro - 80 decibels.
    So its a little louder than a hair drier, a bit quieter than me just screaming constantly for 24 hours in your laundry room. About the volume of a freeway, coming out of a tiny metal box at all times.
    No bother, you say, my laundry room is in the basement and Ill insulate the door so you cant hear it. Great!
    Perfect segway, lets talk about heat. This miner would like to run in an environment that is between 5-35 degrees Celsius (thats 41 - to 95 degrees F°). From its exhaust port, the S19J Pro will be pumping out air that is about 160°!! And its not a weak fan either, there are actually 4 fans, all running above 5000rpm!
    Think of the amount of hot air that comes out of a hair drier, thats 1200 to 1500 watts and this machine will be pushing over 3000 watts of power, most of that being converted into heat.
    If you were to shut it into a laundry room and close the door, it will heat that room up to above 95 degrees in a matter of minutes and just turn itself off. Which is why so many of us work so hard on our ventilation systems. For my mine, I installed an industrial fan in one of the exit doors to my warehouse, strong enough to suck out the entire volume of the room every 6 seconds, and on the opposite wall I have 12 square feet of filtered openings to replace that air, constantly.
    Which goes back to the noise, when you open up a 12 square foot hole in the wall, its loud again :)
    The final hurdle to jump is internet - your mine will need 24 hour connectivity. It doesnt use very much bandwidth at all, and setting it up is VERY simple

This investment plan only requires you to invest a certain amount of bitcoin and that is all you need to get started!! The bitcoin investment plan uses the concept of “what you put in is what you get out” The investment plan lasts just up to two weeks! And within these two weeks you’ll get paid twice (Once on the first week and again on the second week) It will be in a form of a profit percentage, In your first payment you will receive profit on top of your original investment and in the final week you will receive additional profit. And that’s not the best part....you will still get a bonus pay-off of up to $2000 *depending of current market conditions* For more info inbox @RobertRonald tele grm 👈👈👈active

    • @SPACEDESIGNWAREHOUSE
      @SPACEDESIGNWAREHOUSE  2 года назад +1

      The trouble would be constantly rerouting the air when youre dont drying clothes, or when the water is hot and no one is showering and so on... The heat never stops.. But I could see a clever design where you could pull from the heat on demand and that would be awesome! Even one of these could probably heat a small house in the winter time. With four of them, you'd need your windows open when its snowing

    Just wondering, I see people running them in the garage middle of summer in hot weather. How much ventilation do you need? I have a space in my office 2nd floor, it does get hot in the summer. Would I need more than just a AC? Would I need a fan blowing the exhaust out? Thanks

    • @SPACEDESIGNWAREHOUSE
      @SPACEDESIGNWAREHOUSE  2 года назад

      It has 4 pretty powerful fans, what you need is fresh air being brought in.. If its in a sealed room, itll heat up all the air in that room pretty quickly. But if you have a window in there, you could pipe out the hot air that way. But that will create some negative pressure and pull in air from the other rooms, causing your AC to work a little harder. The best case is having a way to draw in as much air as your pushing out.. These machines dont need COOL air, they just need moving air thats under 95 degrees Fahrenheit.

      Ooo, that would have been a good comparison.. It shouldnt be too terribly hard to look back at October 17th pricing of Bitcoin to see how that would go.. I could only really average out the miner though, that seems to change quite a bit, plus Ive now already bought 5 more S19j's!
      But, inevitably - the miner will produce SOMETHING like $1000-1200 of profit every month, in bitcoin, so you can SORT OF think of it as locked in at the price where I bought the miner, because I keep all the coins it makes, so they will go up and down in value along side the 10,000 I would have bought of just BTC. But after that ten months is up, it will keep chugging, where the $10,000 of bitcoin will always be 0.2BTC or whatever it is. This miner SHOULD produce maybe a whole coin by the time it gets retired. So with patience, its a much better buy.
