First video from me in about a year now - god I'm so sorry. Profuse apologies aside, I want to introduce you all to a new mini series I'll be starting on this channel called "Cosplay Basics". Since I know a lot of you guys are still starting out in this new hobby I figured that having a small collection of videos to help would be great so please let me know what else you'd like to see! This time round, perfect concealed eyebrows!

Same I tried doing this a few days ago, but my eye brows were too dark. People always tell me I have nice eyebrows, and I'm like, it sucks when your a cosplayer 😒

How the heck do you get it off though?! I don't wanna end up accidentally waxing my eyebrows hahaha :') (This looked SO GOOD by the way!)
I think makeup remover will do the job for concealer and then some gentle soap (like some kind of face soap). You must make sure, that it's not woodglue or latex that you're applying on your eyebrows. XD And if something goes wrong, always try to dissolve it and gently rub it of with oil. :)

THANK YOU! I'm a latina cosplayer, so my eyebrow game is usually on point most of the year, but when it comes to cosplay I have trouble getting to the eyebrows. Every tutorial I see the cosplayers always have really fair eyebrows or none at all, and your tutorial is ACTUALLY helpful!.

I've never been able to properly conceal my eyebrows bc they're really dense and the hairs are rly long, but I have never tried this method before! Definitely something I'll try when I find the time! Thank you so much (also keita has the most glorious natural brows ever omg i love them)
THE best tutorial on covering eyebrows that I've seen! You get straight to it, right up on the eyebrows, and show the steps clearly with detailed instructions! And he has beautiful thick eyebrows to cover too so that's a plus :) I just wanted to say thank you for this.

Finally a tutorial that shows this method concisely and without a lot of extra blab. Very well done.
I've seen a few eyebrow-blocking vids but I think I like yours the best. Especially since you used a model with thick brows compared to other people who have thinner brows or partially shave them off. I also like that you lay the hair back in the natural direction rather than making them go upward. I gotta try your version out soon!
Finally a tutorial for full brows, I struggle to find one that gives me good tips on thicker and harder to cover brows c:

oh my gosh! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I have super coarse and dark eyebrows (even though I don't have a lot left), but everytime I would go to cover up my eyebrows for my Gaara cosplay they would be a complete fail. I watched other tutorials on how to do the makeup, but everyone had super thin eyebrows. I had no idea how wrong I was doing this the whole time. So thank you sooooo much. This video helps out a lot!!!!

FINALLY A VIDEO WITH THICK EYEBROWS omg... I was always just doing one layer of glue and.... it wasn't working obviously lol, but the technique with the glue "paste" is amazing, it works perfectly! thank you for this!
I've been looking for something like this lol, all the other tutorials just show people that don't have thick eyebrow hair/big eyebrows anyway, which isn't really useful for my thick eyebrows xDD thanks!!
This helped a lot. I've tried the glue technique a few times already but it never worked out since my brows are really stubborn. With those extra layers of smooth glue, it worked a lot better

Oh this is so helpful! I have very thick and dark brows and this is the only video I have seen where the person doesn't have thin and very light brows. Super helpful!
Question though: would it be possible to use baby powder instead of a makeup powder?

This is the first tutorial I've seen that says to work the scoop of glue to remove lumps before applying it to the brow; that sounds like an excellent tip! I've never been able to get it smooth before, so I'm looking forward to giving this a try. I also like that you explained *why* to use the orange before the skin tone concealer. One question, when you were mushing up the glue on the back of your hand, it looked like there was a little water added to it - is that correct, or just a trick of the light?

I could not find a video to cover thick eyebrows! I was gifted with nice thick brows and never have had to use a pencil to fill them in. so when i cosplay i used this technique and it worked wonders for me!

i’ve tried another method twice and it hasn’t really worked due to my eyebrows being kinda thick, so i’m going to try this one out tonight.
Ahhh this is so helpful!!! I think my next project is Prince Zuko of the fire nation. And this helps a lot! I also plan to use latex for some texture and depth. I know I will need to shave my side burns and beard off for it before hand. Could I use this glue trick in the edges of my normal hair as well around my ear to make sure latex doesn’t pull it out? I will make sure to put latex only in places around my eyebrow not on it.

Thanks for this! How long does this take you? There was one 2 min bake period and one 5 min bake period, but overall how long? (half hour, hour, more?)

I used so many techniques to cover up my eyebrows and it took me forever to find one that i liked , since i have very thick and dark eyebrows. This seems more better than the other ones i came across, so I'll try it out. Thank you! :3

Everything was fine but my trasulent powder wasn't well efficient. What brand of trasulent powder did you use? :)

You're awesome, I know this video is old but all the tutorials I can find are too generic like "just do this" without explaining everything, or they skip several steps and it comes out poor. I have 0 experience with makeup so your details and explanations are SUPER helpful.

Ahhh I've been looking for a tutorial like this! I have very thick eyebrows too and I've tried many ways but, I was going to try Kryolan stick next. Seeing this makes me so excited to try this method!! :)
Hope you can try this method soon! I can guarantee it'll cover thicker brows no problem!
I have super pale skin and was wondering what kryolan stick would you recommend? I know it gets covered anyway but, I just want to make sure before I go to buy one. :)
If you have dark and thick brows, I'd still stick with the one I've suggested here but alternatively layer the TV Paint Stick on sparingly and just enough to cover your brows (don't stray too far from the hairs onto the skin around them). Another option is to pick a LIGHTER salmon/ orange based shade in the same range.
Keep in mind and as you've already said, the orange toned concealer does get layered with a matching skin tone concealer anyway so you shouldn't have too much trouble adapting it to your pale complexion :)

Sorry if this has been answered. May i ask how you drew the eyebrows and what you used? I tried this method by the way and it worked wonders! Thanks so much. Though there're still things that id need to change like.. The type of concealer, i used liquid which mixed with the orange concealer. And when i drew my brows it started scraping the glue and stuff..
Also, I'd be doing a white, as in paper white skinned cosplay.. So what do you suggest to do with the orange concealer?I'm scared that it'll turn my skin orange when i put in the white face paint..
