I discovered the joy of knife sharpening this summer on a fixed angle system. There's nothing like transitioning through grits and appreciating the different sounds and then feeling a glassy edge. Even got my sister into it! Just got some atoma diamond plates to try out.
I may have to get some resin stones for my hand sharpening to see if I like them any better than my EZ lap metal stones. Some nice products Beez. Thanks.

I just ordered the tsprof kadet pro version t on Amazon canada, and I can't wait to get it 😁🤙. I even made an emergency video telling people to go buy with this crazy good deal 👍. The ALFA stone and the quick clamp look awesome🤩 I think there's going to be a lot of sharpening video for me in the future, lol 😂. And can I just say kudos to TSPROF for selling on Amazon 🤙🤙🤙 especially on Amazon canada, because over here we're getting killed with shipping and import fees 😤 and I have to say that was the deciding factor to buy a TSPROF vs other system like hapstone or worksharp 👍 hopefully I get to enjoy that system for many years and put some insane edge on my knives 😁.
