That voice is unbelievable. I love you Axl. Wise words as always.
It certainly is indeed.
The person who took that mug shot had no clue who that kid would be lol.
That same person so izzy out and never came back to gnr
Axl Rose will always be beautiful cause it shines from his heart. His anger is understandable. No matter what.. W. Axl Rose is Precious!!😇
Нравится ВСЕ в Акселе,в том числе и фото из полиции!!!❤Ему ни в чем нет аналогов!!! Просто штучный товар!!❤❤❤
Poor Axl... I'd like to hug him and all the kids that are experiencing abuse in spirit and tell them they're never alone and they can get help
That's not true though they can't get help or they would many ask for it cops ignore them society victim blamed instead.
He comforts me a lot in this topic. I’m so thankful that he speaks up on this. He shows me there is still hope. I love him so much
Yeah but he knows his own boundaries too his own comfort in discussing it probably got some less than supportive responses to the topic in the past conditioned him to be wary.
Yap
This hurts.
Back in the 60’s and 70’s people beat kids right in front of others, and the humiliation and isolation created by feeling like no one cared was extra damaging. It’s good he went on to become successful since many abused kids never self actualize. It’s a hard life sometimes.
Now they do it indoors .
Back In the 60’s maybe for your country but in the place i’m from it’s still like that. When I was little I would think that every kid saw domestic violence in their homes. I’m 18 now.
@@appetitefordestruction6899
You make a good point. This is still a norm in many other Countries and it’s so damaging. Which Country are you from?
@@dianac2498 I can’t really tell if this is a norm for us, but i think we are developing sm more slower in this topic compared to y’all. Last year my dad told me that i’m “lucky because he did not beat me as much as his father did to him”. And I’m a girl, I can’t imagine if i was a son. I’m from Turkey.
@@appetitefordestruction6899
Thank goodness he did better than his dad. It sounds like he was mindful of how much it hurts by instilling fear and shame to your core. I bet Turkey is beautiful. Hopefully in time people will stop passing this trauma on. But doing better than the parents before you is to be commended since things are rarely healed by just one generation.
Genuine child and sexual abuse victims understand each other on a deep emotional level, like no others can. No words nececesary.
Gosh, he’s been so brave by exposing the his deepest pains to himself and being able to offer himself the means to heal or deal with them.
Back in the nineties I was a teenage girl and was so in love with him. I have just happened to come across this audio and it breaks my heart. I admire him. I wish I could hug him. I guess I’m falling back in love with him.
I’m so sorry Axl had to go through that abuse. So brave of him to share, especially the sexual abuse. And he’s right he has to go slowly or it can be too much. Recently he said he did go to a place and speak to kids. He’s doing the best he can. I always wonder about his siblings. And he rocked met life last week. Check that off my bucket list 🎸🤟
Yeah well victims are often not believed too so having an awful experience AND being called a liar is more than many can tolerate. The abusers probably know that too that's why so many of them get away with ruining lives and just minimizing it.
@axlroseofficialchat, you're fake
I feel so bad for Axl he had such a hard start in life. He’s really done well for himself he should be really proud of himself. If I could I would hug him and tell him I’m proud of him and everything he’s accomplished. Axl truly is a shining ⭐️ ❤
One of the most interesting person on the planet what he went through as a child how he acts, sounds, looks and talks truly a one of a kind amazing person Love ya Axl you are a legend man
Poor Axl… no one deserves to go through what he did. Especially at a super young age…💔 if I ever get a chance to meet him I’d give him a big huggie 🤗
Beautiful voice
Axl is so sincere & honest. And when we know how far we can go emotionally on a subject & it's getting uncomfortable...it is time to stop. I love you sweet beautiful Axl forever. Love Betsy in GA
Aw ♡♡ I luv Axl so much!
I feel so bad for Axl that he had to go through that... Poor baby has been through a lot in his life... 😘😘😣😘😘
@axlrose7671 Unusual comment to see but hello.. How are you?
@axlrose7671 oh... Well good on that
@axlrose7671 I prefer not to say here... Where are you from?
@axlrose7671 no thanks... I don't know you like that...
@axlrose7671 I am a fan... But I don't know you enough to chat with you on Google...
You're now ok babe and that's what makes me happy a lot.
It's not that easy to fight those things and still going strong.
You inspire me a lot love.
People can think whatever that they want but for me you are always a great person who may have done some bad things but also suffered a lot throughout whole life but nobody sees that.
You are the best for me always
Agree!
I love him even more for speaking out on a subject that is, in many ways, even more valid, more urgent these days.
Oh, and that voice. I wish I had his vocal range!
While he's been considered immature and egotistical by some fans there were some cases where he was responsible such as he when he put his foot down about the other members doing drugs and he threatened to quit if they didn't stop
Everyone in G&R was a drug addict EXCEPT Axl. He is a bright dude, and I am awaiting his autobiography. He will have A LOT to say. 👍
La voce di axl è unica come il suo talento e la sua bellezza!!!
Abuse when young like that can be permanent and the victim never know it. It occurs a lot. Itsca true tragedy for any child.
Yeah well people go on about their drug abuse but not why they use drugs?
@@AnnaLVajda He never abused illegal drugs. The only thing he consumed was beer, cigarettes. He almost fired the whole band for drug abuse. Being an addict and occasional user are different things.
I can relate. I am so sorry it happened to u and so many other childrwn.
Hugs ♡♡♡
God I love him…. THAT voice…. That man! ❤
Omg poor thing
All of my idols, people that I admire, that inspire me, all of them had a traumatising childhood or went through tough life experiences. They were "hungry", sometimes desperate but they were able to use what they went through to create art, to write songs where they told the World that no, they were not OK or sometimes even cried for help.
They became huge rockstars and some of them were able to overcome that trauma and get out at the other end but others, even with fans from all over the World who adored them, unfortunately, even that wasn't enough to fill the void they felt deep inside and... Kurt Cobain, Chris Cornell, Chester Bennington and so many other tortured souls....
Let's not forget, when we listen to their songs, where their inspiration came from
And sadly so many could get through their trauma and died way too young. So happy Axl is a survivor, he's a strong person. Not saying those who died young where not strong, maybe they didn't get the right help, empathy or find how to cope when difficult days come.
I read the Rolling Stone interview from April 1992 years ago, and that hurt, but hearing him talk about his childhood kills me. So brave. I'm so glad he's still alive and maybe happy. It gives me hope. By the way this is from the WNEW 102,7 Interview from September 1991.
This is from the WNEW 102,7 Interview from September 1991 with Tommy Nast: Well, I feel that… umm… you know, child abuse… you know, and sexual abuse. Especially… child abuse is like, kind of the key to why there's so many problems in the world today. Umm… The more books I read on it, and the more work I do on trying to overcome the problems… you know, that I had in my childhood that I accepted it as normal behavior for my life. And I realize now that it wasn't normal behavior. And it's caused me to act in… umm, many ways because it's what I was trained, it's what I was taught, it's what I saw. It's… umm, my formative years were… very ugly. And you know, people had picked up on that one. They listen to some Guns N' Roses songs. And: "This isn't right, something's wrong here…" Da, da, da. Well, they're right. Umm, the Herald Examiner ran a piece on… you know: "We find out the hidden truths of Axl Rose" and da, da, da. You know, we'll find 'em out, soon as I find 'em out. [laughs] A lot of people don't know, including myself. I'm… I'm working on it. Umm, I would like to… find some organizations to… donate money, or… umm, you know, go talk to kids or… talk to groups of people about my experiences and how hard it was, and still is for me on a daily basis, in dealing with people in my relationships, because of the abuse that was present in my childhood. I don't necessarily wanna elaborate any further on this right now, because it's something that I have to… umm, do in stages. Little by little, and I think getting, you know, too much of that right now… Umm, could really get… you know, make it too hard on myself, so… I think we'll stop there.
do you know where I can listen to the whole interview?

Great interview love Nurse Angela
Siempre serás el mejor ❤ un gran luchador
The 💩 is real. I wasn’t abused like Axl, but my sister and I were parented (notice I didn’t say “raised”) by two narcissists. The verbal and emotional abuse was unreal. It’s horrible to say, that 💩 will affect him until his dying breath. 🥺
This makes me want to cry
Yeah the moral of the story is if someone seems f*cked up maybe consider WHY they are f*cked up.
It's good to talk to people because thats apart of healing process . But, you should take your time and do it when your ready. It's good to talk to a professional they have a lot more insight.
@axlrose7671 Yes indeed, I hope all is good for you. Ive been keeping up with the latest and will always be here for you!!!
@axlrose7671 Exactly, since my son was just a toddler. Hes' 36 now.
Axl is right. Dr. Gabor Mate says the same. Childhood trauma is the basis of many societal problems.
Sweetie it's ok
