As he hovered over the corpse I thought "maybe we need zap?" It was a flicker of ingenuity when Zalae put it in for the first fight so I kinda wanted a sequel. Also those Chadgar turns look real tough even without mouse malfunctions.
Zalae's definitely a smart analytical player but newer to BG's as compared to Dog or RDU. He'll definitely get better in no time especially after getting more exp with the brann khadgar combo, i.e. learning to restart the game. I think he was suppose to go dragons with a golden Kalecgos as the carry. He could've gotten 2 golden Kalecgos which would've been crazy. Good job thinking out loud which helps us learn too.
I feel like Zalae is trying to hold onto his pride by not doing scam restarts to get the longest turns for better boards. I believe he mentioned the tactic briefly in a tuber so he is aware of it. Probably a more likely reason is that Zalae is holding off on it until he has a better understanding of things. He's putting learning above climbing.
I would have thought with that golden tavern minion treasure you'd want to go for the Kalecgos. What's the high roll on the Murozond (other than the Zapp)? Pretty much just two 6 drops and 2 gold, right? Nadina and another Kalecgos? Still had a few rounds to scale with the Geese under normal circumstances.

@@soapfoam Good point. Agree that restarting is cheating the time cap as not everyone knows about it.
