In a master artist’s hands, like your’s, Ray, I love that the violin can be both brightly evocative and hauntingly retrospective at the same time. The emotional depths of each expression are like the great storytellers of history. I can feel my heart beat slow or the sublime rush of anticipation with each movement of the bow. ❤

As a transgender woman from England now living in Florence Oregon USA, after studying years ago at the Royal colleges in London I pulled out of the orchestral scene and took my playing into the churches in the US. But while living in Oklahoma for some 29+ years, I discovered my tried self, I got basically kicked out of the churches and took to the streets instead. Seven years ago I moved to the ONW coast, Florence Oregon. I love it here and often perform inside and outside to the public. A piece I ha Ave always wanted to play is Zigeunerweisen. I love this work. If your could ever show a way of how to speed up playing the fast section and also the very first run of the work, I would really appreciate that. Thank you! Mrs Robbie Dee Smith
