Thank you man for showing everyone my homeland. 🇵🇼 palau. One love brother and you just got a new subscriber.
Happy to have you bro! Looking forward to coming back!
Of course it's not ending because YOU ARE DOING THE TRIP FOR US TOO!! WE ARE WITH YOU! Besides, it's so sad how western culture has introduced obesity into the islands.....so many of the people are obese despite alot of physical activity.....
Some perspective I plan to acknowledge and document along the way! It really is an unfortunate reality in a lot of places that I’ve been to already!
This is quite the ambitious project and I’m excited to see the journey that is to come!
Happy to have you a long! It’s going to be quite the journey ☺️sulang
I love watching your vids and journey across the Pacific, thank you
It’s a pleasure sharing man 😁🥹 I appreciate your support
I am pumped and happy for you friend! This will be epic! Wallis and futuna, samoa and tokelau will be the ones im looking forward to!
I appreciate your support my bro! 🙇🏻🤙🏽😁
Wonderful way of thinking, nice intentions. ❤🙂🙂 I’m just waiting to succeed through your videos to get in contact a bit with the local cultures and way of thinking of people living in that places. Isolated island possible preserves better old traditions, ancient believes, authentic cultures, being more protected agains global hegemonic powers
You definitely nailed it with what you said there my friend! Really looking forward to the deep dives and respectfully sharing 🥹
Woo Tokelau in the house
Ayyyy🇹🇰🇹🇰🇹🇰🇹🇰🫵🏽
I admire your respect and dedication to your mission/cause in spite of the great unknown!!
It sounds cliché but if your intentions and heart are in the right place, God/The Universe/Your Higher Self(Whatever you believe in) will provide a way!! I wish you nothing but the best and success!! 🙏🏽
Nailed it bro..."but if your intentions and heart are in the right place, God/The Universe/Your Higher Self(Whatever you believe in) will provide a way!!"....this is literally in the fine print of when I said "I'm still gonna go". It's more than just a calling and readiness after 7 years, it's understanding that my Hawaiian learnings combined with my desire to learn and poetic ability to tell stories via the people are guiding my sails (pun intended) to do this trip on steroids. Grateful we crossed paths man and appreciate your support. Looking forward to the day we connect. Till then, i hope you enjoy the voyages 😊 🙇♂️
hello anthony, quick backstory 2022 may when i was in 7th grade i saw a tiktok video, "ranking every country based on natural beauty". The country was tuvalu. Little did i know that video would be the start for my travel and oceanian interest. Ever since i have been obssesed about all countries and territories in oceania, and traveling in general. Its an obbsession i cant describe, i can literally sit for hours reading about them. Anyways in august 2022 i got microsoft flight simulator and thas when my obssesion for the islands really peaked. around 5 months ago i found your account and i think i have watched every single video of yours about oceania. litteraly every single one. and it was somewehere in late april early may this year i made it my goal to visit every country in oceania and in the world. and i want you to thank you for doing these videos you sure are an big inspiration, and im very ready for your next adveenture in oceania, now i dont have much money but i think donating 10-20$ to your fund shouldnt be a problem, keep it up man
I absolutely love this my friend! I’m so glad my content and videos has been so inspiring and motivating you to also do an oceania trip! Don’t stop dreaming as sooner than later you’ll be doing the same as I’ll be doing very soon! Just taking the time for family before I’m in the islands again! I just can’t get enough, as you can see! As for funding, anything and everything helps and adds up alongside everyone else wishing to help fund!
Here’s the link : gofund.me/ad22112e . I’m really working hard on seeking out grants to help hire translators, editors, animators but for now it’s all donation based so yea, everything helps! Appreciate all the aloha and support my friend! 🙇🏻
I want to see it soon!!😮
You will😄
Hello Anthony! I been following you now for a bit and your oceanian videos is the reason why I now save up for a 4 month trip to
Fiji, Tuvalu, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, Samoa, Tonga, New Zealand, Cook Islands, Niue and Papeete and I have to thank you for inspiration to making this trip
Im so glad to hear this man! You're in for raw and beautiful adventure. I do hope you will be doing cultural travel. No destination without its people ;)
@@aperezvoyages Yeah exactly, my family is not much for culture four I have always been inspired by different cultures in different countries and regions and I am so excited to visit all those places !
@@aperezvoyagesbtw have a question?
@@aperezvoyages so I’m starting in Fiji then Tuvalu Kiribati Marshall Islands Nauru Fiji Samoa tonga New Zealand Niue New Zealand Cook Islands and then lastly Papeete. But do you know if there is regularly boats from Tuvalu to Tarawa, because flying from Tuvalu to Suva, Suva- nadi and then nadi to Tarawa costs very much and I need to be kinda “budget friendly” this trip
I've enjoyed all your vlogs and I must say, your a blessing, to all of us pacific Islanders all over the world 🌎. We miss our family and friends, our way of life, our culture. I'm happy for you and praying for your humbles, obstacles, your safety. Looking forward to see what's next. God bless.
I really appreciate that man and super blessed especially so to be the bridge between islanders not at home! But most importantly, telling the islanders narrative of their way of life and colorful culture! I’m really looking forward to see how this all unfolds naturally and genuinely! Happy to have you along my friend 🙇🏻
Hello. Very good channel, great job. Always a pleasure to watch. I have been to many countries and territories in the Pacific Ocean, several times in some. Therefore, it is interesting for me to watch your videos and see the changes. Due to the pandemic, my travels had to be put on hold. I plan to restart soon.
Glad to hear you’ll be kickstarting your travels once again hopefully soon! Thank you for your support and really looking forward to sharing the journey on the near horizon. 😁🙌🏽
The Micronesian Federation is a cool country.
Very cultural diverse! Super excited!
You need to go to Tuvalu quick because it will be gone in around 20 years… It makes me so sad :(
I don't believe it's going to happen!
@@dovygoodguy1296 it is tho, comparing Tuvalu in 2010 and 2020, the main islands have lost over 40% of their land mass…
I’m not sure exactly when I’ll be in Tuvalu as my trip is very open ended. But yeah no, they will not disappear within the next year giving me enough time to document the narrative of Tuvaluan people, their culture, ways, including their perspective of climate change
@@aperezvoyages can’t wait to see what you have to say!
Gonna be incredible man!
You should stop by Kosrae bro 👍🏽
Not sure if you watched the entire video, but FSM is on the list...including Kosrae 😁
Maybe it's worth thinking about a switch, and going to all Caribbean islands instead!
My guy! For clarity and perspective, my style of slow travels has me immersed in the grand scale of this chapter of my travels: the pacific islands, a place I’ve deeply fallen in love with and has changed me as a creator and traveler. The Caribbean is home to me and my roots and there will be a time for it in my travels. Just not yet ☺️
