Such a wonderful country and people... In most of country's tourism agents will be thinking how to make money from foreigners but here they treat and be friendly, kind like their own family members..
That’s why it was such a blessing to step back in time to when people were genuine no matter where you were from! ☺️
@@aperezvoyages I am new to this channel, was it expensive to visit Tuvalu?
Tuvalu is surely not a cheap place to get to. Then it’s a cash only nation so beyond that, it can be reasonable. But I wouldn’t call it a cheap destination per se
Bro you are that guy that can easily become family. Their language sounds very similar to Samoas language. I’m sure no matter what place you go to you’ll earn family status and be able to unlock doors that are closed to many. May you receive good fortune and Godspeed.
I’m seriously counting on those blessings my bro! Appreicate all the love and support 🫵🏽✊🏽🌊
Tuvalu people are awesome in every way been involved with my Partners family's for over 2years love all aspects of there lives
They are super loving 🥹
I'm watching from philippines , I like the people of TUVULUAN , they are friendly, nice culture , nice beaches nice place
No wayyyyyyy! That’s my family!!!!! I love that you enjoyed your time with them!! Ahhhhh💓
Small islands 🥹 hoping to reconnect with them when I go back 🥹🙌🏽
So glad that you had an enjoyable and memorable visit to my beautiful country, Tuvalu!! Stay safe from this global pandemic!
Was a blessing and pleasure! Aloha from O’ahu 🌺🤙🏽
Meeting amazing people can definitely make the experience that much better! Keep spreading the happiness, there is way too much negativity in the world right now.
+Bumbling Tourist amen brotha! I'll do my best to continue being a world angel of peace 😄😁
Your voice sounds so much like Evangelist Gabriel Fernandez. Beautiful video! I love to see Tuvalu, hear people singing and thank thank you for sharing the view!
Thank you for watching and the kind words brother. :D
Yes! Thank u for sharing !! I truly appreciate seeing what maybe true happiness in the faces of ur travels !
The world is more happy than one things! And is always a blessing to be a world soldier of love and peace, sharing and spreading that aloha everywhere I go. The Pacific Islanders live by that, which is why I felt so much at home everywhere.
Hola A.Perez!
Que tal la vida contigo hombre?
You did a good job with the Tuvaluan language mainly because just like Español, it is phonetic.
It is interesting to me because when listening to you and the locals speaking, I could here a mix of Tongan and Samoan in their language. Of course, it's not a surprise, not when you know that the Polynesian languages have their roots in the indigenous Taiwanese language.
Muchas felicidades en sus viajes.
Interesting right? 🥹 Thank you!
Such a small island in the middle of the Pacific ocean, dead North of New Zealand. Was in Fiji years ago - most enjoyable, people similar to what you described, friendly but reserved. Quite a few Indian people in business when I was there, met people in the movie business, it was my industry back then.
+RainScratch Fiji was wonderful too. I found Fijians a bit more reserved than Tongans but still very open and friendly. Rest hospitality regardless 😄
What a beautiful country, would be such a nice place to settle and have a slow life. Would love to visit.
And yeah bonito is the fish called katsuo in Japanese which is delicious, raw as well.
+Jonathan E I couldn't agree more. Life is so simple and straight forward with a pure real sense of community! Japanese culture is prevalent here and recognize "katsuo" with the cuisine here
It really is a lovely place to live in and I sure do miss being home 😔
Hello from a fellow Tuvaluan hope you’ll visit it someday 🙂
Aww that so cool!! You shouldve stopped by Funafala, it has the most beautiful white sandy shores.
I actually did make it to Funafala on my trip around the lagoon. :D
Manuia..... Greatttttt
Another amazing video. Thank you for sharing. I see myself living in Tuvalu for some time. The people are great from what your video shows. When ever you travel to Chicago. Let me know, you are more than welcome to stay at my place Anthony.
Thanks so much for the offer my friend! You will love Tuvalu and the people regardless of you visit or decide to stay 💙
Awesome!!😀❤
Love your videos...
This video inspires me. Two thumbs up to you sir! Greetings from the Philippines. I hope you visit my beautiful country too
Wow so many familiar faces and familiar places 🥰 I miss home 😢
Talofa! Small island big community/family
Yes Theory Anyone?
Oh Anthony beautiful video thanks.
Thank you 😊🙏🏼
At 3:14, she sings “thats my boyfriend...”
Haha thanks for sharing. I was always curious what it meant
Nice weather
Nice vedio from Tuvalu
There's actually a lot of Tuvaluan's in NZ
Owen?
How many is "a lot"? One thousand?
Census taken in 2006 states around 2,600 Tuvaluans lived in New Zealand, I can only assume that number has maybe doubled or tripled along the way to 2020. They say S. Auckland is the capital of the Pacific Islands 😏
I have 6 Tuvaluan as my neighbour. That’s a lot considering
Thanks

Love it I’m from the US but you stayed with some of my dads cousins... Iakopo Molotii and his family
Yep! I spent a lot of time with the Molotii family when they camped out at the end of the island. Wonderful people 💙
Anthony Perez small world! What brought you to that side of the world?! I live in Arizona 👍
I lived in New Zealand for working holiday visa. And during the time up until I left I desired to visit Tuvalu and saved up for it. I went because I learned it was a Polynesian nation and also because the topic of climate change. ☺️
I think is very good country to visit
Can we contact through whatsup for some recommendations plse ±255787569981
Heavenly. Tempting. Just a suggestion. Use a collar mike for better audio quality.
When I went, I had very little funds to stretch out in 3 months and 6 island countries. My investments went all into travel and non into tech. I had an iPhone and gopro and took advantage of what I could in production and post production. I eventually got a mic after the trip ended for the same reasons you mentioned. 😊 thanks for the tip’ aloha 🤙🏽🌺
How much were the price?
oh, i miss home, i in Niue now :/
Wow, Niue…what brought you there out of all places ☺️
Hi Anthony. I wanted to ask you how long did the flight from Fiji to Tuvalu?? I googled and it said 19hrs but I find that info too hard to believe so I am asking you.
Right now you won’t be able to find the correct flight information as many flights have been cut off due to the coronavirus. But I know normal schedule it would take about four hours if I remember correctly from Fiji to Tuvalu.
@@aperezvoyages thank you Anthony. Appreciate it much x
🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼anytime braddah
Anthony how did you find the cost of food and drink?
I found food and drink to be alright. I ate out once on Funafuti at a chinese restaurant and to no suprise it wasnt so expensive. I of course got a fish rice dish. Fish is in great abundance there ;).If i remember correctly water was a bit higher in price as it seemed i guess because of import costs, but it was my first time using AUD as currency so not so sure.
what can we bring them that they could utilize .
Spreading awareness that climate change is real to the jack*sses that think otherwise. Should one visit tuvalu or many of the atolls in the world, it's very apparent to see and terrifying.
TUVALU 🇹🇻 Hi I want to ask you about something Tuvalu, I would love to go, but I can't find information about the Covid-19 entry requirements. Do you think you could give that info to me or do you know where I can find it? I would appreciate it. Thanks
Sorry man, I think Tuvalu alike most other pacific nations are still completely closed off from tourism.
Biển trong xanh rất đẹp nhưng cũng khổ
¿Se Puede Ir A Tuvalu?
Si! Voy a regresar en 2024!
Bonito means beatiful in portuguese
Hey Anthony you should have gave them some Tupac to play at the club
I’m pretty sure they would have played some Tupac had the Dj noticed I was there!
