I ended up using Noctua NF-R8 redux-1200, Ultra Quiet Silent Fan, 3-Pin, 1200 RPM from amazon. 9 dollars each.

Thanks for posting this - looks like the fans are the same size as those in the larger VT450 grow light, so I’ll be doing the same upgrade soon.
