Not sure what the video is about, but looks like the runner got as good of a jump as is reasonable, indicating to me that either there was a funny bounce, short backstop, or simple bad judgement on trying to score on that wild pitch. Additionally, it looks like he's falling into a head-first slide trying to get under the tag as the throw had him dead to rights, rather than a good hook slide, probably due to a lack of better options at the time of seeing the ball being tossed to the pitcher. My take? Bad send/bad wild pitch to try to run on, followed by doing the best they can. Also, if someone kicked that kid off the team for that... the kid's better off, because I would not want to play for a team that saw that as a kickable offense. No lowered shoulder, nothing even remotely dirty about the play, and at most, if it's still a thing for this league, a reminder that even an amazing head first slide would still be an out.
