For this reason, is why I canceled Boxy by Ipsy. Good luck getting them to correct THEIR mistake. So sorry this happened to you. I had this happen to me twice in 6 months.

How bizarre. Hi Leann. At first I thought it might have been a box they shipped to you to replace the box they lost a month back. Not sure how they could screw up this months but it looks like they did. I hope you got it straighten out. If they want you to send back the products I would keep one of the quads and sell it. Normally I would be opposed but man can they really screw things up. How you going in this heat? I can't believe I went this far without a air conditioner or fan. Its been very difficult to say the least. I guess Monday and Tuesday it going to be cooler and by Wednesday its going to get up in the 90's all again. I would definitely be contacting customer service and am so sorry that this happened. I appreciate your knowledge of ingredients. I think I had trouble choosing this month, too. My power pick was fab sunscreen and looks like I picked Miel scrub. Again, thanks for the ingredient tip. As for know, I have seen it but my thought it is too similar in packaging to one of key soulcare products and thought it was a cooycat

I don’t know what everybody goes. Gaga over it for.. I would be pissed too, and I would be saying something to ipsy. Let them pay you back for your box. I can’t believe that they sent you stuff that you didn’t pick and didn’t even send the stuff that they picked for you.

Hey Leann! ❤ Wow! I thought your box was decent until you shared that you didn't get a single product that you selected AND you didn't get your boost! I hope you contacted them and they gave you a refund!! BTW, I really wanted that eye shadow quad! I think it was a different color story to the one we got a few months back.

I felt the exact same way when making my choices! What is with all of these brands I've never heard of? Neogen Dermalogy is a nice brand. I chose that product but considering that wasn't your choice I can see why you were disappointed. Please give an update one what CS had to say!

That’s usually what happens when youI resubscribe. I resubscribed right before choice opened because it sounded like a good month but they wouldn’t let me choose anything! I got a box full of crap. I should have taken that as my sign that boxy charm never be as good as their glory days in the beginning 😭
