- An edition of Casualty for Comic Relief back in 1993, where Red Nose Day went 'all out' silly! Several optional scenes were (apparently) recorded as on the night, the live studio audience had the chance to interactively vote for each next scene. This was the end result. In the end scene, look out for Derek Thompson (Charlie) eventually giving in to one of his infamous smirks as the lift closes!
