Gosh love the styles! The jackets are essentials im planning on getting - especially the denim and black blazer. I’m slowly creating my own capsule wardrobe and my bag is a classic large black work tote which goes well with everything :)

Not too mention Paris has a pretty high crime rate and you run the risk of being robbed carrying such $$$ bags in plain sight. Same goes for a lot of cities around the world with high crime rates. Wear expensive watches, jewelry, and bags with discretion because you may become a target. Obviously people in the fashion industry do carry them but they have the money and access to do that and it probably makes sense for their workplace. I also feel like they tend to take more understated designer bags to work and not the ones mentioned in this video, which are more showy.

LOL! You have a good sense of humor. I, myself don't have any fascination for "designer" stuff with logo to wear or carry around. I recognize most are well made with quality materials but they're still way overpriced for the "name". Not only you pay a bundle for them but you also give them free advertising around town.

I agree with some of the comments here. Though Birken bags are lovely they aren’t worth buying for $10k. It’s not an investment. People sell you that notion to justify their purchase. I would rather invest that money and buy Amazon or Tesla stocks or something. If I still wanted to buy a nice leather bag, there are many options that’s quality but $1000 or less. Fools and their money are soon parted. 🤣
Son but n'est pas de montrer des sacs de qualité mais de montrer sa supériorité. Les sacs Gucci, par exemple, sont faits dans des cuirs très ordinaires, et ça tous les amoureux de belle maroquinerie le savent. Quand on s'achète un sac Gucci à 4500 euros, ce n'est pas par amour des belles matières, mais pour l'amour du bling-bling. Idem pour son sac Kelly, c'est pour une image, on est très loin d'un rapport qualité/prix cohérent. Personnellement, je n'aime aucun de ses sacs : tantôt bling-bling, tantôt hyper classique (Kelly, Delvaux), rien de glamour, bref pas ma tasse de thé.
