Disney cruises are the best and are highly recommended. They arent up in everyone’s faces about mickey and all the characters, it’s really laid back. But they are the best cruises!!

Do you have any information about how the wifi/using your phone works while on a royal caribbean cruise? I’m going on my first one in October and am not sure what to plan for or if I’m supposed to purchase some sort of package from my phone carrier for overseas
When you board the ship, put your phone into Airplane Mode, or else you'll end up getting some crazy expensive data charges on your phone bill. If you purchased the WiFi package onboard the ship, you can switch on your WiFi while still keeping your device in Airplane Mode. I know on Royal Caribbean, you pay for WiFi per device. Doesn't work super well for streaming usually, but works decently well for using social networks and making WiFi phone calls.
I hope you get a chance to go on an Alaskan cruise with Royal because one of their newest ship, Ovation of the Seas does it...You should go on Anthem, Odyssey, Allure, Oasis, Harmony and Symphony of the Seas too in the future!!

Ya you can buy WiFi other wise you can’t use your phone but it’s really nice without WiFi!

Something's might be more visible after the cruise than being on it, but also different starting and ending, in the same spot.
