Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Lou! You can take your show to a cobbler/shoe repair and have them stretch the areas that hurt. That way you do not have to break them in on your feet! You can purchase a shoe stretcher (sold by sex and shoe size range). I have a single way stretcher (width) which I use most often, then a two way stretcher (length and width) and a boot stretcher (does toe box, ankle and calf). I turn until it is hard to turn then I leave a few minutes depending on type of leather. Suedes and thin leather or strappy shoes stretch immediately. do not over stretch! Coated, stiff or thick leathers make take over night. Patent leather does not stretch much. It tends to tear. So does snakeskin or eel. Those are best left to a professional.

Definitely inspired to sit down and get 2023 planned out. 2020-2022 I focused so much on what I wanted, which was very well deserved. But now I need to plan for more responsible things like the 2nd home and a new car to me, along with the dream car, so 2 cars lol. Also focus on Birkin and not getting distracted by other bags.

From July 26th to August 11th 2024, France will host the Summer Olympics 2024, mainly in Paris but also in 16 other cities across France. Keep in mind that these games will be the first globally relevant event taking place in France in the post- pandemic time!!! It will be a real challenging and expensive summer for tourists. If you come to Paris in hopes of scoring some luxury items (hard to get/expensive pieces) at Hermès or Chanel for example, it will be then very difficult to succeed. The whole world incl. China will meet in Paris.
