Updating the OS and/or Add In's for Casio Graphing Calculators

Hello Casio. I need to know how do I update my Casio fx-9860G slim? its discontinued and was made back in 2006? I want to update it to 2.04 which i think is the last edition. HOW DO I UPDATE IT?

what cable are you using?

It is a USB on one end (for computer) and a mini-B connector for the calculator.

Have you also tried pushing the small "Reset" button on the back of the calculator? If so, then please email [e-mail] for additional support.
