I have been hiking in the UK mountains for over 20 years and guiding as a fully qualified Mountain Leader for the past 6 years. I have developed an award winning course of therapy for the National Health Service centered around using outdoors adventures and mountain adventures as a foundation to influence good mental health.

After serving in the military I found my mountain skills were the key to achieving my own mental health. I have started this you tube channel to share my journey as a mountain leader and to offer you support on your journey too.
