All the other videos say to hold power button while holding the volume didnt work but following his instructions on tapping the power button worked.

I don't know if you check your older videos, but I have this tablet. I have followed your instructions completely. My tablet won't shut down, it just keeps rebooting. Any suggestions. I have watched a number of videos and yours is the best by far. Thanks
Use the combination keys power button and volume down to shutdown the device ; immediately the screen goes off .. switch your finger to volume up and hold till device boots into recovery mode .
You have to let go as soon as the screen goes dark

My son accidentally locked his tablet and I was so ready to buy him a new one till I came across this vid ty 🙏🏾🤗
The tablet keeps restarting. I have checked the usb and made sure the charging symbol is showing. When i hold down the volume down and power button it takes a screen shot turns off then restarts. Over and over. No telling how many screen shots i have of the power off screen

It doesn't work for me when ever I try to shut if off using the volume down and power button it will just restart itself

It's not letting me reset the tablet.It keeps restarting.I had to factory reset it last year because it was being so slow and ever since I did that it wants a pin number.The thing is that the tablet never had a pin before I factory reset it.

When I use the volume down and power button, it just keeps restarting the tablet. Not sure why it does that but when you are doing it, it shuts it down.
Make sure to plug in a usb cord , then press volume down And power button to Shutdown .
Tips : without the usb charging cord it’s not gonna shutdown , that’s why it’s keep restarting.
@@Rambotechghana the cord was plugged in when I was doing it. After several tries, I jumped over to another video and I read a comment from someone who said, that while it is restarting, you press the three buttons and it will bring up the factory reset screen.... low and behold, it worked. Thanks for your video, it definitely steered me in the right direction.
It says: an unauthorized attemp has been made to reset your device to factory default aettings. Connect to a Wifi network to verify your identity.
Connect to wifi and input your Google account details and setup the device fresh .
