    Amazing info...thanks for sharing! When we say growths in this area, what would a 5 year average capital growth percentage look like?

      Thank you my friend, whenever we say growth in an area it’s all about average or above average or boom times. If growth is average 5-7% would be that. If above average 7-9%. Anything above 9% in a year is boom times

    Just watched this video 2 months after it was filmed. The median price has now surged by $100K while rental yield is reduced to 4-5%.
