    These are really in-depth data on the population, migration, unemployment rate, listing rate, vendor discount, and vacancy rate! This is gold!

    Wow, what a goldmine! Thanks heaps for providing this information. I can't invest in a 2nd property yet (my 1st needs to settle & I need the loan/deposit etc first) but this will be useful when it comes time to checking the 2nd. So glad your channel was recommended in the algorithm at around 400 subs, I watch all your videos

    This is a great video Arjun!
    What you've showed us e.g. population growth, vacancy rate, days on market etc. Are very insightful for property growth.
    My question is, do you look at separate indicators for longer term growth of a suburb/area?

    I note on the charts that "Days on Market" is expressed as a % rather than a discrete number of days . Can you explain what this means please ?

      Hey Ian thanks for the note. The chart uploaded to the video should be days on the right side not %. The trend line is correct though. Days on market has been falling still, and in the recent years found its floor. Largely because it can’t really get any tighter than that. Any rises from here are from a small/low base. We continue to review it for large and sustained jumps. Which aren’t there at present. Hope that helps
