this program is like the FL Studio riff machine but better
imagine fl studio having this built in and with more customization possibilities
@@oservoasafe so whos making the plugin
@@oservoasafe sure, that's cool, but imagine just composing whatever sounds good by ear, yourself. that shit would slap.
Oh my god SPEEDY EGGBERT?! I remember him from a demo CD from 20+ years ago!
your channel introduced me to this game 😭 its magical, tysm
real
Rock producers have tinnitus and bang on about -6db, and hip hop producers push it into the red. I think that's the main difference.
I define producers as the people that put/mix together musical elements to be able to record and print the audio medium; the musical *production*. With Rock bands and orchestra, you have to fine-tune the distance of the instrument from the microphone, room acoustics, fine-tune the recording medium, and so on to have it all running smoothly- especially on vinyl or magnetic tape. A producer for Hip Hop is different because they have a different perspective on their music. The main attraction of a lot of Hip Hop music is the rapping vocal, and in the 80s and 90s, beats were mostly treated as a static loop which rappers perform over. Beats are mainly produced to be a vibe for an artist to lay lyrics over. Hop Hop can be connected to 60s - 80s Jamaican DJ and Dancehall culture, where a whole crew would come together to run their Sound-system for their neighborhood, and an MC would do toasting (a form of sing-talking) over an premade instrumental beat, or a Dub version of a existing song at the event.
hopefully, I got most of this right, but I think that's the gist on what's the difference between a Rock and a Hip Hop producer
just as a side-note: Jamaican Ska and Reggae music is influenced by American R&B and Jazz, Toasting was influenced by Jazz vocalists who would scat / vocal improvisations with a Jazz band, and Hip Hop was influenced by Jamaican DJ culture when Jamaican immigrated to places like the US and the UK. London also has its own Jamaican style genre with rapping- it's Grime.
i had noticed that. speedy eggbert (or blupi outside the US) seems to use the "custom soundtracks" that come in Office 97.
Finished track reminds me of something from a PS2 JRPG.
shoutout to the omatone staring into my soul underneath your monitor
its actually a pac man plush lol
if i had an omatone i would have busted it out like 4 times by now
Ooh that's interesting. Wonder if the soundtrack is just dumps from the program directly or if they were arranged in some other software.
The final song sounds like the theme to a flying arena city in an RPG, love that.
thought my day was great until i saw a kyle landon video
now it's better
john eggbert...
Home stuck
What I was thinking of
That one chord had me ascended
this brings back good memories of MIDI

before i watch this video, i believe i do know what this dark secret is... i am a certified eggbert/blupi-head and my guess is that it has something to do with a certain windows application that may or may not help with music composition. thank you for giving eggbert the love he deserves.
edit: my suspicions have been confirmed. super awesome video i am subscribing
your ideas for videos blow my mind everytime, so glad i found ur channel
Game Clam Core Midi music is my favorite genre
Pretty sure Kyle Landon is a time traveler, think about it and it will make sennse
EGGBERT MENTIONEDDDDDD
Most of these songs were Soundfonts. And nowadays nobody uses them anymore AFAIK. I mean the advantages are: low on CPU, tons of libraries avaliable in archives and on sites, so producing music with these might be much easier right?
Yeah, compared to Kontakt and other Soundliberaries the quality is a bit edgy, but if you know how to turn these to today's standard work gets EZ😂
Rick Ruben is NOT a producer, he's a mental guru😂
some of my earliest memories were playing this game wtf
Software from 35 years ago>AI Music generators
Who would win? You decide!!

i put my personal download on google drive, link in description, let me know if it works!
@@KyleTheLandon tysm it worked :)
@@KyleTheLandon How did you get the midi info as well as the instruments into fl, I can't figure it out
Thanks
you can open any .mid file in FL like you would any .flp. once you do, an "Import MIDI Data" window will appear. click the channel type (it should say FLEX) and change it to "MIDI Out with Fruity LSD" hit accept and you should be good!
can i ask why you look so metal in your pfp but not as metal in the videos
the clickbait is crazy
_What is the game?_
