he's also a solid dude. I saw them in lakewood in january 2020 and back in september. I got to talk to him and he seemed like such a genuine dude. seeing them for my 3rd time in november with born of osiris and shadow of intent.

Had the pleasure of being present for this concert. They were with Worm Shepherd, who also gave a phenomenal performance, and another band whose name is evading me. I've watched so many of these concerts through this channel, but this was my first time getting to experience it live. It was an amazing performance! My only dissapointment was that I don't think we the audience gave them the proper mosh pit their performance warranted. It was hard to get people to move. Also, the lead for the band whose name is slipping me indulged a bit too much I think, and had a very brief spat with his brother towards the back of the pit, 4 feet in front of me, so that was fun. Still probably my favorite concert I've ever been to. Absolutely insane performance. I'm hoping I can snag tickets if Shadow of Intent comes around again any time soon. And if Signs and Shadow of Intent ever do a tour together, my soul might just ascend from my body.
i was at this show and the show in early 2020 when they played with shadow of intent and i have to agree that the pit was kinda weak compared to when i saw them before
Been a longtime vocalist and always wanting to learn more/correct my assumptions if needed so genuinely curious your thoughts on that vocal type: I don't know but one or two Cattle Decap songs...but that sounds like a false chord high that's tired/strained? My understanding is that sound usually means time for a break or to stop adding the "pitch" in because that's when it damages you?

@@hedonist9249 100%. His highs in this sound stretched beyond ability during this set, giving it that "Travis Ryan" effect. I wonder if that's why Dave really doesn't do highs all that much and sticks to the sewage-ey lows lol
