@@lornetteboothe3122 I used the Registered Health Information Technology Exam Prep Seventh Edition from AHIMA. If you get the bundle with the code you can practice the questions. Along with these videos and another RUclips channel I was able to pass. Good luck on you test!
I just wanted to let everyone know that AHIMA has a 108 question practice exam. It does cost $59.99, $49.99 for members. It can only be taken one time though. But it is a great resource if anyone is interested.
I am sitting for my RHIA exam in two weeks, and I am looking to see if all the information that you posted, is still current. I have being using the Oachs and Watters book, as well as the RHIA Prep Exam book. I have also gone through the videos which is from 2017.
I believe so. The AHIMA RHIT/RHIA review book covers both exams. Just look up the domains on your RHIT exam (there is a PDF on the AHIMA website available freely) and watch the videos for those domains. You will just get extra content in the RHIA review. What can it hurt?
MS22 one:one for a example one physician to one patient relationship. There is also many to one where for example many physicians will see the same (one) patient. Hope this helps

I know about M:M relationships, what are the other types of relationships and their examples?
One-to-many, many-to-one, one-to-one....lots of different relationships used in databases.
