I don't like soy sauce marinated ikura either. Fatty salmon belly and fresh ikura with sushi rice is out of this world. So glad you had a chance to try such a wide variety.

Salmon is my favorite and this is a salmon lovers dream. Raw, cooked, smoked and caviar. Any way salmon exists will always be my favorite.
