Looks great. It's raining here in the UK. 😂. Bro, if you don't post a video of you at the Tupac Vegas shooting spot (flamingo and koval), I'm going to unsubscribe... OK I'm not because my wife loves the vids and says you're as cantankerous about the UK as me. 😂. And we need the videos as research for when we move to Florida... But you get my drift.
It's unfortunate that in places like Nevada most houses are NOT built with a basement. If you had a basement you could put your gym in the Basement and probably have a lot of room left over. If you have a single story home that is 2,300 square feet, you basement would miot likely have the same dimensions as your house BUT, by adding in the square footage of the basement your house would then be essentially 4,600 square feet! My house is a simple, single story "Ranch Style" that is 1,500 square feet. With my basement I have 3,000 square feet of living space!.....and a 2 car garage on top of that!!
Don’t move to Australia from the US if you’re a professional, yes it’s better than the UK on most points but overall the US is much better for people who have drive.
Another reason the U.S. is better than Australia (and the U.K.) has to do with home ownership!… You will never be able to own a house of that size (or pretty much any house these days) in Australia unless you’re wealthy and you can forget about it if you are middle class!
What do you do for a living in Vegas yes I love summerlin
Enjoyed the tour, that's a beautiful area. Love the mountain views in the background.
Summerlin looks lovely
Summerlin is very beautiful but definitely the most expensive part of Vegas. Still, love it that you love it here. Cheers!
As a caveat, there’s great bike trails on Mount Charleston and it’s about 20-30 degrees cooler 😊
I just needed to watch this after getting soaked in the rain and wind coming back from the gym here in grey cloudy london lol
That area looks amazing! Beautful topography, flora & fauna. So different to south Florida.
Thanks for taking us along for the bike ride. Good luck with your future home purchase. Cheers! :)
Thanks! 👍
Hey A&S way, we just saw your Summerlin video on your RUclips. I guess we’re your neighbors same community 214.. 💜🇺🇸
Hey! Definitely say hi if you see us around.

One word: caliche
@@jeecee3948 Two words...Pepperoni Pizza
@@balancedactguy Ok but my word was actually relevant to why there aren't basements usually in Vegas.
@@jeecee3948 What word?
@@jeecee3948 Two Words .Completely irrelevant.
