Late subs were all invisible and momentum died, but same every game. Also what many fans need to realise is that we failed to get promoted last season wasnt just the sheer crap ness of the form from Easter, the main reason was the sheer number of draws. It was the draws that saw us finish 6 points behind Ipswich, they won games instead of drawing
Correct re the draws. The point vs Norwich will either be a good point when we get promoted or an opportunity missed for 3 points due to the bad subs if we fail to go up. The small margins matter.
Those are the conversations we will have at the end of the season

You’re right on the subs killing the press. It shifted Aaronson out wide and Joseph off. The two high pressing players went from Joseph and Aaronson to Piroe and Bamford. Norwich can then get comfortable.
If our game changers have saved energy for Sunderland and we get a win up there then Farkes subs were a master stroke. Three points of them would be a psycological statement to the league.

Had to scoot halfway through, so only just caught the rest. Tbh, level headed , and constructive comments again kagey. Norwich had one shot on target last night, and that was the penalty. Rodon's moment of complete madness , was off the rictor scale, and there's no argument to be had regarding the ref's decision. Putting the West Brom game aside, as neither team set out to win it. Every other point we've dropped up to press, is due to ourselves pressing the self detruct button . Missing open goal scoring opportunities, and irrelevant of a player slipping. It's inexcusable to then allow a player from the opposition to pick a ball up 25 yds inside our own half , and then go on to score. And to top it off, players going into tackles like a raving looney, the lack of goals from set pieces, and still from midfield , all need to be addressed. I'm not on a mad one at present, it's just so frustrating, because every single one of us know, we've got ample quality to be a lot better than what we are at present. They just need to get it together. Cheers, top man MOT.
Thanks Kagey. Think the win out of Norwich and Sunderland aways was last night. 20 mins out we were in the ascendancy. Then when I heard the word Bamford we were in the descendancy. Joseph gives us the cutting edge that let’s Rama and Gnonto play their game
Is Luca Thomas a winger or striker ? Kid we got from Man City a few years ago he s 20 now and knocking one or two in every week now , if worst comes to worst with soloman and James we could turn to Luca he s looking good

You can see DF's point about taking people off with the Sunderland game in mind, BUT unless you provide E-Bikes, you can't bring on Bamford and Piroe together ;)
Great point you made on the subs kagey! Joe gelhardt since 2022 has been mismanaged by every manger we’ve had. Should have been gone last summer after that sub-par Sunderland loan. That’s where I believe we could have recruited maybe a 10. Instead we’re wasting playing time on a kid whose career has stagnated at this club. It’s time to go in Jan. And same goes to the useless lump that wears the number 9.
Kagey, it's going to be rougher than we were all predicting a week ago,we just have to grab the leaders' coat tails until January. Capitulation & and a 90-point trophy 🏆 aren't in my vocabulary anymore..

There was a simple answer for the free agents, but the team weren’t aiming high enough. Memphis Depay! Such a great signing and the scale of Leeds could have lured him. Now gone to Corinthians. Huge miss. Great teacher for Joseph!

Norwich looked like for the taking but farke had other ideas im afraid.
Tanaka was decent and allowed Rothwell to do whatever and he wasn't great still, I'd rather use someone else in the middle.
Why do we always do so much passing around the box its crap you see goal then shoot if you dont shoot you get nothing
Farke hasn’t learned from last season because he’s stubborn and refuses to learn from his mistakes,it’s who he is sadly but if we fail to get promoted he will die on his sword.
We should have won that! Poor subs managerial and talent wise, fark has four game if not top want him gone but I do want him to turn it round four wins in a row come on.
Our set pieces go the same way every, single time: ball hits the first man.

The set pieces also just float centrally with no whip on the ball & we rarely get to the 2nd ball! 100% improvement needed!
He should have gone for the throat last night Kagey left Willy and Largie on brought Piroe on and I’m pretty sure we d of got that winner especially with Norwich moving their defenders all over swapping positions . It wasnt good his substitutions are def not his strong point . Also he can’t moan about players missing he wanted a small squad ! We could have had Charlie Cresswell sat on the bench for back up . I think they gotta do there best to shift Bamford on in Jan and bring a no 9 in he s finished I’m sick of seeing him at our club

Subs were good time honestly thought we would finish them but the lord and piroe were lifeless. He that no9 was absolutely pathetic. Well out of touch. Pace and strength disappeared with joseph coming off. Squad depth is telling. Thought mf did well. Bs efl with 3 in 6 days. Just need more sub options back snd fit. Dj etc
