Residents, there are many women (working girls/pseudo models) tourists in Dubai. The solution for the problem is pretty simple: bring a woman from South america, Eastern europe or Southeast asia to Dubai instead of relying on already established imports.

If I was a multimillionaire I would never go to a country in Latin America, I have lived all of my life here and if I had the chance to live in Switzerland or Dubai instead of Latin America I wouldn’t hesitate.
How about Paraguay? It offers 10% tax and affordable living but they mostly don't speak English or we've to learn, it's hard for adult/retirees to learn a new language.

Malta is europe and warm in winter. Lately people from Germany ,Israel and UAE are moving to EU Malta. Don't break the law and its a cosy heaven or strong base. Its the safest country in every sense. Best advice for free ;)

Interesting how you recommend Serbia over other Eastern European countries that are both in the EU and Schengen as well. In a previous video, you mentioned that Bulgaria and Romania are not very developed from the infrastructure point of view. I agree that they're not quite there yet, especially in the rural areas, but neither is Serbia.
From the safety point of view, ALL Eastern European countries in 2024 are far safer than Germany, Italy, UK, France, Sweden, you name it.
So, why choose Serbia over other Eastern countries that are actually better?

Language barrier would be the hard part there as Japanese dont like to speak other languages even if they know a bit as they get embarrassed if its not perfect . But be interested to know where the millionaires are moving too in Japan. Always looking at places to run away too if this country can get any worse!!!
Japan doesn’t really sell visas of any kind. Anyone can buy but most countries can only stay 3 months at a time on a tourist visa.
Their income taxes can exceed 50% from what I can tell as well… super high.

I can move to another country to pay less taxes, but will it increase my profit (US dollars) compared to the US if I want to do business there (to interact with local customers)? I am not in the US, I will not live there, here I want to compare it with the US.
I look at it this way: $_ Annual EBT - $_ Annual Taxes (Corporation, LLC) - $___ Annual Cost of Living = Benefit
I know EBT can be different, but here we are guided by how many US dollars we get by looking at for example GDP per capita Current US $, Household Disposable Income per Capita, Average Wages, GNI per capita, standard Profit data (comparing the same company to the US).
Here by EBT we do not mean real earnings in US dollars, but how many times more or less I earn compared to the US.
