I don't know why nobody is saying anything about this and giving him all the kudos because honestly he does not deserve any.
My grandma my mother and mostly all the women of Bengal made this recipe quite often served this potato skin fry alongside with dal and rice.
We still make it and so does millions of Bengalis accross globe.
I made it by peeling potato, and serve with hot sauce or Schezwan sauce
